Ho acquistato il 23/03/2025 una maschera a Led per il viso e sto aspettando la consegna.
Continuo a scrivere all'assistenza clienti e danno la colpa ai corrieri e al rifornimento stock.
E' una cosa imbarazzante perché non ti danno nemmeno aggiornamenti.
Ho speso più di 200€ e non posso neanche avere il rimborso finché non mi arriva il prodotto indietro.
Sono degli incompetenti!!
