Lenovo Tab M10(3Gen) covers
I was looking for covers for new Lenovo tab M10(3 Gen) for my kids. I found them on tabletcovers.dk and screen protectors too, looked good on the web, but sometimes you don't get what you order. So I placed an order on Saturday morning, it said "next day delivery before 8am", I expected it to come on Monday. The package arrived 6:50, according to DAO(delivery company), on Sunday!!! That came as a surprise. But, delivery guy placed package in plastic bag and didn't bother to seal it, so the bag was laying on the ground under rain and envelope with items inside was soaking wet. I thought, thank goodness, I didn't order anything that water might damage. Although cases were in bubble envelope, each was in its own plastic bag, screen protector was in paper and it got wet, but not that it any problem.
Tablet covers looked good, it took a while to figure out how to put them on, as there were no instructions, neither on the website. They are made of both plastic and silicone. Very comfy to the touch,nice colours also, and it has stand that pulls out if you want the tablet to stand. Turns out, you need to pull away silicone part around the edge, then pop of plastic part around the edges. You place tablet in, put plastic part, pop it in place, and put silicone part around back in place. The slot around camera is slightly on the side and not in the middle as it should be,but it's not a problem though. All in all, very happy with those covers, all other slots are in right places.

Delay, but superior customer service
Delivery was delayed by two days, but what impressed me is that customer service invested time reaching out with explanation about the delay and further refunded the shipping costs. Definitely not about 29DKK, but the attitude… great role model

good service from tabletcover bad delivery service
I made an incorrect order at first and are sending those back now based on the return policy, no issues at all.
My only problem was that my package delivers by burd was not living up to its expectations, I asked to place the package in front of our door but I found it on the street and with a hole where it seemed like someone took a sneak peek inside…
Update:
Tabletcover was super professional to help and fix the incorrect order as well as help with the issue with burd, they even gave me a free return on my incorrect order, I am very satisfied with how they handled everything.
