Absolutely incredible item very high quality, fast delivery and easy website to navigate thank you

So first of all my advise is don’t pay too much attention to what the website says, delivery and what’s in stock because it’s wrong.

I ordered the Orion iv which said 2-3 days delivery I think, waited a week then emailed them and they said it was out of stock but I could get a different one or wait 3 weeks.

They never replied to emails the same day so every email send and received was an extra day so it was painful.

Into the second week I ended up calling them and they answered and the guy was really nice he said they had the Orion iii in stock now and he will send it out today, and he did it came at the end of the second week.

For the difference in price instead of refund I ask them to send aload of bolts targets and string wax which came near the end of the 3rd week.

So I maybe should be giving less stars but the crossbow and extra bits are great I’m very impressed and they were always very nice and polite and helpful so I’ve gone for 4 stars

Been using crossbow for about 2 months now and I love it.

Best thing to do would prob be to call them see what’s in stock then order over the phone.

First class service,no messing about.. don't go anywhere else, I've had first class service,all e-mails answered promptly,

Looks like this company is now using fake reviews to counter the tsunami of 1 star negative ones. Thank you Trustpilot I nearly spent a lot of money with these possible fraudsters before i read these reviews. If they are indeed genuine why buy from them if you then cannot contact them you are just asking for trouble.

My item was delivered faulty and no refund or replacement has been issued. Beware very poor customer service. Dont buy from them

I was going to place an order for a crossbow the adder cobra and accessories for about £750 but after seeing these reviews I thought I would take my business elsewhere....thank god for review sites..

Tactical archery uk are terrible to order from, said 1/2 day delivery, waited over a week heard nothing so tried to ring the phone number on there website, it just rings then goes to answer machine then you can't even leave a voicemail as it states there voice mail is full 🤣
So then I emailed asking when are my items going to be delivered to me, someone called Harry emailed back saying (sorry for the delay we'll get your items sent out today)
Waited 3 days again no delivery so I contacted again by email this time, unfortunately I just got ignored.
This I have to admit infuriated me so much so I emailed asking for a full refund and told them what a load of rubbish I thought Harry and tactical archery uk customer service is basically diabolical.
So if you want to spend money and receive nothing in return then harry and tactical archery uk is the place to order from folks. 🤣
Jesus Christ stay away folks shocking company.

I would never order fro. These again I ordered and iteam with 48 hour delivery and almost a month later I'm still waiting so I rang them about 20 time leaving a message stating why I'm ringing and left my contact details and I've had no reply so I emailed them and they said it's on its wait and will be with me in 48 hours a week later and I'm still waiting. No one has contacted saying why it hasn't arrived.

Tactical Archery UK what’s going on with everyone’s orderers ? Iv spoken to 3 people now having same problem with yourselves ? No answer on phones or emails are we getting the stuff we have all paid for?

Update , told would be sent Friday , apparently wasn’t collected by courier service hard to believe, apparently getting sent today so here Monday /tuesday will update once /if it appears. Also not looking good as the tracking number given for a 24h delivery service still isn’t showing up 2 days later , “code unknown “ showing

Husband purchased a bow and paid extra for 24hr delivery. Which according to their website was in stock. Other than marking the labels as printed, there has been no further communication, despite many attempts made by my husband. If you call you can never get through, nor can you leave a message as the voicmail box is full. Unfortunately we have had to send a warning letter today requesting resolutions under the consumer rights act, and will be escalating through his bank and trading standards if it is not completed by the deadline we have set them, as protected by UK law.

So today my order finally arrived yesterday my lidtal refund also did so these guys are 100% on point.

I am so happy with it!!!.

all that was ordered has arrived 🙌 🤗 and its all set up would stick a photo up but no option maybe there is if so I will add photo 📸

Tip don't order items just before Christmas other people have life's some have longer holidays than others and tactical archery was fair 1 week and most other uk shops where the same so this was fair for sure and rapid on making up for it.

I ordered a 55-70lb compound bow before Christmas, they did manage to get my order to me quickly although when it arrived the bow was actually 45-60lb.

I have emailed a couple of times to try and get a response with no success.

Personally I would avoid this company and go to actual store.

I just keep coming back, I’m so happy with the service and the help you provide and the ease of using your website 10/10 I will keep coming back for all my archery needs

Order compound bow for my daughters Christmas weeks ago 28th of November, 48hr shipping it says, have emailed and tried phoning over and over no answer, have asked for confirmation if the bow will be here in time for Christmas, Christmas is now 3 days away I have no idea if the bow will be here , I have no idea where the bow is , if the bows been sent, id avoid this company at all costs, the most unprofessional company and customer service I’ve ever dealt with, it’s no wonder they don’t have a page for reviews on they’re site…

Placed an order only to wait over a week and it never was dispatched. Finally contacted them and was told after days waiting on a response they didn’t have my order in stock and to choose an alternative which I did. Then after another prolonged waiting period was told the items I chose they were waiting for to be delivered. I then requested a refund, again zero response. I’ve started a case through PayPal to resolve the issue and as yet waiting on my refund. Avoid these scammers and save yourself issues!

Would give less than one star if I could. Placed a significant order with the extra fast shipping as needed it quickly then uploaded my id as requested.

Received 0 contact from the company. The order never arrived. They emailed me back after multiple calls and emails stating my order was cancelled and couldn’t provide me a reason… They also said I would receive a refund of which they sent me back 69P!! Very far off what I spent. Now having to contact the bank to get my money back.

No idea how they have multiple 5 star reviews must be false reviews as there are numerous people with the same issue as me…..
