TADA & TOY 

Beautiful jewellery but poor quality & customer service. One of the stones fell out within a couple of wears and the company refused to replace or repair as it wasn't reported soon enough. Super expensive given the quality!

I’ve wanted something from Tada & Toy for so long, and finally got it. The earrings are every bit as as beautiful as I expected. Instantly received lovely, admiring compliments about them. I have them in silver, and the gems are subtle but elegant. These hoops were definitely worth the wait.

Never one to leave a bad review but I have bought three sets of earrings in short succession from Tada and Toy that went south very quickly.
The hoop earrings plating wore off after the first few times of wearing them (took me a while to actually wear them because of lockdown) with the matching cuff that lost a stone after the first wear!! I was so upset and contacted customer service with pictures to be told they must be returned for me to get a replacement. Middle of the pandemic I aired my concern I wouldn’t be able to get to a post office as I didn’t live near one and they let me take as long as I needed to get to one to return.
After a few months and finally being able to travel, I went to a post office to find out they refused to print off the label Tada had given as it wasn’t a trust worthy link. The customer service only sent me another link and expected me to travel back to the post office to go through the process again.
I am so disappointed I have spent over £300 on earrings that are faulty and no solution of how it is going to be fixed.
I really push to support independent businesses but this is one I will never buy from again or recommend to anyone. Months down the line my issue isn’t resolved and im stuck with hundreds of pounds of earrings that are faulty and I can’t wear.

I've bought multiple pieces from Tada and Toy, and absolutely loved my Baby Love Studs.

I got them out today, and the enamel on one of them is a completely different colour to the other, as well as soft and malleable. No cleaning's changing that.

I contacted Tada and Toy, who to be fair, got back to me super quickly - but they've asked me to send the earrings back to them, and complete a form, and pay for postage. Kind of onerous return process (who has a printer?), and not sure I should be paying considering they are visibly faulty.

Beautiful unique products at good prices and great customer service.

The jewellery is very nice and well presented. I had a problem with discolouring of one rose gold piece after one year and the customer service was very good. They replaced the problem piece immediately when I sent it back to them. Top notch.
