Lack professionalism

This agency does not accommodate their client well. No proper updates if they have been working on your visa or they would go MIA for 2 months, when asked about updates either they will ignore you or they don’t know how to answer your questions. Their agents don’t know how to speak or communicate properly to their client lack of professionalism in terms for updates. Until now there’s no update if they have submitted my papers to PRO. They’ll just tell you that their boss is MIA at this moment and it has been 2months since that boss became MIA.

Very poor in services

Before this agency is great in service, but now very poor.. they not responding any call or message to giving updates. They delaying the process. All staff ignoring all calls even in the WhatsApp.. not recommended.

Never trust this agency

Never trust this agency, I entrusted them with my visas and flight tickets, I gave them my desired date to renew my visa but they gave my the date on the same as expiry date of my visa, and suddenly i got fine for overstaying and i have to pay 320aed, I contacted them to pay the damage that they caused me, the agent of tageto told me that the refund will be in 2-3days and it had been 9days since im waiting and she keep saying its from the portal…and when i tried to contact the agent she just keep ignoring me.
