Found the whole experience hard work…

Found the whole experience hard work from the start. Very quick to chase up and make the same from me but then slow on getting back to me on my requirements and any of my requests for day/time of completion or redoing documents seemed to be an inconvenience.
For such a high end product I expected a customer service experience to match and have to say I have experienced far better with lower end car manufacturers.
Still waiting for my key rings 4 weeks on too!
Really turned what should have been a great experience into something I didn’t enjoy.

Poor PDI

Sales experience was what you expect from a large dealership, although the salesman was good. The car was delivered with the front bumper out of alignment and despite being told the bodyshop would contact us regarding getting it fixed, we had to go back in 4 weeks later to remind them. Once the sale has been done and you have left with the car they seem not to care.

I found the sales staff extremely…

I found the sales staff extremely helpful in finding the right solution to what I was looking for, they did everything they could to make sure I had everything I needed to make my decision on my new purchase. This was followed up when I went to pick up the vehicle, time was spent ensuring I new everything about the new layout and features. Well done!!

Sales agent knowledge was questionable…

Sales agent knowledge was questionable and I felt pushed into the apple car play product which wasn’t setup and still doesn’t work. I enjoy my car but I don’t feel like I got value for money.

Great experience with professional sales people who listen and act on requirements. Trade in was very good compared to the usual situation/We buy any car.

Pauline

Pauline, from sales at the Glasgow showroom took plenty of time and care to find me just the right car. She had great patience as I thought about different options, and offered great choices. She took especially good care of my 2 toddler children who had to come with me to the showroom. Great experience, and I'm very happy with my new car.
