From beginning to end, it was an incredible experience. Mark and Alexis kept me well-informed during my battery replacement and maintenance service. I got my watch back in less than two weeks, and it looks brand new. This company is outstanding, and I highly recommend them.

Absolute first rate service from…
Absolute first rate service from beginning through to end. Having approached both Tag Heuer and a high street jewelers, the turnaround time and costs quoted seemed excessive, to say the least. Sent an enquiry to TagTime who responded within a couple of hours and less than a week later I have my watch safely returned with a new battery, all pressure tested and cleaned at a very reasonable cost. Will be letting friends and family know. Thank you, TagTime 👍🏻

My 25 year old TAG S/el
Just had my TAG S/el serviced by Alexis and Mark, the whole experience was excellent, great communication at every stage and the turn around was about a week. I had a full service and the watch looks fantastic! I bought this watch from new about 25 years ago and it has a lot of sentimental value so it was important to me that it was handled with the right care and expertise, I highly recommend you try these guys out if you own a TAG watch, thank you for the superb service!

I cannot fault this company
I cannot fault this company. I usually send my Tag back via the jewellers, and it takes weeks. TAG Time had my watch back to me in no time at all. Communication was spot on, service amazing and cost was significantly cheaper than sending via the jeweller. I cannot give 6 stars or I would.

Quick turnaround and great communication with confirmation emails at every step. Both of my watches were serviced and returned in just 4 days. The old gaskets and pins were returned as well such a great touch. Really impressed and will definitely use them again.

5-star service without a question, great communication even outside of business hours, very clear on the process, the costs and the timeframe.
My watch had multiple repairs and a service, including crystal replacement.
Just received on a next day delivery pre-1pm as I am shortly about to be out of the country, turned up in fantastic condition, well wrapped and as described.
Cannot recommend Alexis and his team highly enough.
