I purchased a used 7 year old Tag Carrera from Japan, which had probably never been serviced and which also had some slight scratching on the case side. Sent it off for the service, repair and polish and the returned watch looks absolutely brand new. Communication throughout was excellent and the timescale was considerably less than I have experienced with a similar company. All in all, highly recommended.

My 28 year old Tag Heuer SEL was in dire need of a cosmetic service. Worn bracelet falling apart, bezel devoid of gold plating, hands discoloured and vapour ingress. After several failed attempts to rejuvenate my 40th birthday gift, I was on the brink of retiring it until I stumbled over Watch Repair UK. An authorised TAG Heuer repairer, they sourced an original/genuine gold plate/steel replacement bracelet, arranged for the bezel to be replated and the numbering redone, and replaced the hands as well as fixing the degraded luminosity. It's almost a new watch !!!! Their customer service is first class with frequent updates and safe pickup & return.

I bought a pre-owned Tag Monaco LS which hasn’t been made for 10 years. The strap was a tiny bit short and after extensive googling, these guys were the only ones I could find who could supply individual links rather than a new £850 strap!
Amazing communication, often late on a weekend and the item was delivered very quickly, direct from Tag Heuer. Great work guys, you are now my watch repairer and servicer for life!

WARNING! PLEASE DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY! I live in the United States and bought a watch strap last December, which was never delivered. I filed a formal complaint with this company, and they never helped me resolve the issue. Unfortunately, I don't live in the UK, and I lost my money doing business with these people.

I have just received my TAG back from WATCH REPAIR UK and I am delighted with the service I received. The crown and bezel were broken and the battery required replacing, I was very dubious about sending my watch, however it was returned within a couple of weeks fixed and polished - it looks like brand new! Highly recommend - thank you from a very satisfied customer.

Just received back my Rolex GMT Master which I have owned for 30+ years , I sent off to be refurbished as it was looking a little tired , and it has come back looking brand new !! Excellent service throughout , collection and delivery back to me was faultless , would throughly recommend and will certainly use again , 5 stars*****.

I’ve just received back my Breitling SuperOcean watch, and I have to say it’s came back in as new condition.

They carried out a service with a small repair, and finished it off with a total refurbishment, and it looks fantastic.

The initial response to my email was both positive and helpful. They offer an insured collection and delivery service which allayed any concerns I might have had about posting the watch. I was given a quote for the work which I was happy to accept. The work was completed ahead of time. I was delighted to receive the watch back in such excellent condition.

Just received my Omega back after repair and service. It's working perfectly and keeping excellent time (+1 sec over 12 hours).
I would not hesitate to use them again, thoroughly recommended.

Like other reviews, I was apprehensive about sending my TAG in the post but all the communication with Alexis provided the confidence to send it. The cost of the work was well communicated and the process was seamless. Although being quoted for a replacement clasp, which would have been a genuine TAG replacement, they found that the watch could be repaired without this additional cost and saved me a bundle. Alexis managed this process from start to finish in a friendly and professional manner. Highly recommend this company.

At first I was worried about sending my TAG to a different place other than TAG. But to all you people out there needing a service or repair. Go to them and have no worries excellent service.

Went for the maintenance package for my TAG. Watch is 18 yrs old and came back looking like new. Very pleased with the price which included health check, new battery, new seals, retouching of the bezel and cleaning of the bracelet. Would highly recommend WRUK.
