In the past the vouchers could be used…
In the past the vouchers could be used to assume any and all costs, for example a 3 shirt voucher could be used to get 2 better shirts. This is no longer the case and I find it disappointing, will impact my future buying for sure! Sorry!... That being said, I will wait for the order and hope the items are of the usual superior quality... Still somewhat happy, but not as much as I used to be!!!

Fun shirt designing
Great ordering process; it made designing the shirt fun. The image of the shirt changes with each customization so you get an accurate idea of what the end product will look like. I liked the detailed customization options including button thread colour, stiffness of collar and the numerous fabric choices.
