Tremendous delay

We ordered from takeaway, but there was atremwndous delay. They do not have phone for cancellation, so we cancelled from the restaurant itself. Never again!

This delivery is a total JOKE!

This delivery is a total SCAM and JOKE! Awful support - no email or phone number to call when something is wrong! Just some stupid written scenarios which dont help at all! The app said 30min but the delivery came after 1hr in front of the building and the delivery guy sat in his car for 30 more minutes chilling before he called me!! Total disrespect! Leaving the food go cold and just didnt care at all. Didnt take the order which I prepaid, which was a mistake. Now nobody knows if i am getting my money back from these scammers.

I’m absolutely disappointed from take…

I’m absolutely disappointed from take away! For second time our delivery didn’t come! The program stay at “your food has to be here every minute” and it just didn’t come! I won’t use this delivery service anymore!

Avoid

If you like something that can be bought for under 15 minutes to be delivered in 90 minutes, so when you go down to take it from the delivery guy he to be all warm and cozy in his car 50 meters away, get only a half of your order (and the half you get to be the wrong one) and have to return twice to get everything then sure use takeaway! Otherwise avoid like the plague!

Delievery time is false

Delievery time was supposed to be 45 minutes at first. An hour went by, and when I checked again it said I had to wait another 45 minutes. I didn't receive a single call neither from the restaurant, nor from the courier. When I called the help center, I was automatically directed to the website, but there was nothing provided on it like email or chat. Finally, when I managed to reach an employee, the customer service was terrible, and they just asked me if I'll just wait or cancel in quite a rude tone. Terrible service, would never buy again! Better go and get it yourself if you're hungry.

The delivery guy was rude and did not give me 4 leva change. I was going to give him a tip, but like this I basicly tip himself, even though I have paid already 4 leva for the delivery fee. So basicly 22 leva bill Cost me 8 leva to get delivered to me. outrageous attitude

i love the food but ive been told by an…

i love the food but ive been told by an employee that i cannot tip them because they could get sanctioned. i believe that is totally unacceptable because they work under terrible conditions (warmth from doner machine etc.) and even though that is a factor, their customer service is amazing no matter what. Letting them have the tips could only ever be a stimulant.

Meaningless customer care.

Made a mistake during the order. I called the restaurant and they asked me to call takeaway, as they cannot change anything on your order. Takeaway does not provide you with a phone number, only chat. The chat operator told me nothing can be done. I contacted them 2 minutes after placing the wrong order. If the order was direct with the restaurant, this would never happen. I have had other issues with takeaway and I will stop using they product as it does not provide you with any value.

Every time I order from them I have a problem. One time the deliver was absurd and wanted to “beat me”, because she didn’t know the address and the awfully helpful support didn’t do anything, instead asked me if i wanted to tell her to go to my apartment to give me my order, instead waiting outside the building. Brutal. Today i’ve tried to order from pizza Lab, but waited two f hours, when the delivery time was estimated to be 30 minutes. When the 30 minutes ended, new time has appeared. 15 minutes, than 16 minutes, than 18 and again…
I cancelled the order.
20 minutes later the courier arrived, obviously unstable. I don’t know if she was drugged or smth, but she was weird.
