THE MOST AWFUL DELIVERY SERVICES
I ordered a dinner - 2 burgers with fries, and after of more than 1 hour of waiting, the guy from the restaurant called and told that the delivery guy couldn’t reach out to me, even more he had called me on the phone but nobody picked!!! There was not a single missed call from no delivery guy!!! Therefore, once again my order was sent to my address, and guess - the burgers (after 2 hours of waiting) tasted like s**t!!! Thanks again Takeaway and your partner Glovo for the best delivery “service” I’ve ever experienced!
P.S. I also decided to tip the delivery guy when I paid the order via card, how stupid of me 🙃
Aladin foods is awful
They messed up the first order and the second one came burned and inedible. Do not order from Aladdin foods, go elsewhere.
Don't use credit card as payment method for this app
Today, I ordered food through the Takeaway BG app from a restaurant where I regularly order delivery. As usual, I paid with a card and provided my delivery address. After some time, I received a message in the app stating that the order had been delivered, even though it wasn't the case.
I contacted customer support and received a response acknowledging that there was indeed a delivery error and that the money would be refunded within 10 days. However, after 20 minutes, I received an email from Takeaway stating that it was my fault and that I should provide the correct address next time, and they will not refund my money. However, the address was entered correctly, and they have delivered to this address without any issues in the past.
if I continue to use this app, I will ONLY CHOOSE CASH as the payment method!
