Customer service is terrible, the interaction with clients is not up to par. Consultants cannot write in proper Bulgarian, making basic mistakes. Time to reply to a client is way to long. There is so direct phone or live chat to contact. Slow delivery times, sometimes rude drivers.

hi,I am working with this app a lot,most of the time I am happy, off course from time to time there are cancellations of food orders due to different reasons, but the experience I had yesterday is extremely unprofessional and even close to a lay/fraud. I made a food order around 22:50, after 5 minutes got a phone call from representative of takeaway, saying the restaurant have to cancel my order( unprofessional,it's not the first time....but it's can happen) , when I said that is not serious and unprofessional, the representative promised to send me a voucher for the inconvenience - I told her that you promised me this voucher in the past, and I never got it- and specifically asked her to which email they gonna send it, cause I am aware they have 2 emails at their system - around 10:00 today, I checked few times my both emails, no voucher arrived- not surprised, I wrote to the costumer service of takeaway, all my experience- received few minutes ago, an email saying they sent the voucher, and accusing me with bold letters not checking my other email !!!! sent them a screenshot of my other email showing nothing arrived+I checked the spam as well....waiting for their response. so what we had here? unprofessional and not serious way, not for the first time, that after that , by 2 representatives of takeaway became a lay as well. so good they are not the only ones , I will never order from them again!!!
