I’d suggest staying away from these. Pressurised to sign contract. They give 5 days to cancel done within 24hrs by then equipment ect all being sent out. Then continuous emails, texts etc about return... See more

My card machine didnt work along side my epos system, i have called them to resolve the issues. No one came to fix the problem. Still getting charged.

This is very bad service. My money is stuck inside machine from last 3 month. And they are doing nothing. Very disapointing customer services. I think its UK worst company. They always waste your time and money. Didnt care about customers. Very disappointing. Its seems like they make us crying.

Signed up but decided against taking a card machine, I tried calling multiple times but no answer and wasting time, I finally found a WhatsApp number to contact who advised me to email. So I cancelled within the T&Cs of 5 days but kept getting missed calls and voicemails but could never get through when returning my calls. I then finally speak to the most rude guy who I ask to just confirm that my cancellation email has been received and that it has been cancelled. He then wants to transfer me to another advisor who obviously to try and keep me with the company and try to upsell me more rubbish. But I said to the 1st guy I don't want to be transferred as I have already given written notice by email. He said if I don't go through to this other operator thar my contract won't be cancelled and the debt will be transferred to a debt collection agency. I said good luck with that and I'll see your company in court. Well after about 20 minutes on hold I finally get through and guess what he's asking how they can keep me. I said well my bank do my payment links and QR codes for free. He says well we can't beat that and I will send your details through to my manager who will cancel the contract. What an absolute waste of time as when you call through you actually select 4 for cancellations. Shocking attitude and very bullyboy well thank God I got out within my 5 day cooling off period

Absolute bunch of lying conmen...or woman in our case ! We were told so many lies from the off....tried to sort, noone gets back to you ...tried to canx they're all on phone telling you you can't cancel ...charging me for non use of machines at £30 + a month PER machine ...that's on top of the machine rentals etc

Please avoid this company untrustworthy, very poor customer service, hidden charges. Have now taken my complaint to financial ombudsman owed nearly £2000 in overcharges and non payment of card payment.

After multiple faulty machines, I have asked to pay out of my contract due to a business closing, apparently this isn’t something they can do and we’re unwilling to help in anyway shape or form!!
Stay away from this company, they don’t care whatsoever about their customers and their customer service is terrible.
I wasn’t asking to get out of payment, I was asking to return my machine and pay the remainder of my monthly charges so I could tie up loose ends before closing.

If l could leave ZERO l would. Absolute con merchants. l have been offering to pay the remainder of my mis-sold contract in full but they even refuse that!! What company refuses money. I urge everyone to stay well clear as they are a disgusting company to deal with and make you feel like a criminal. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!

Sales team are great. After that it is very difficult to get any help and support. They just fob you off with. "I've sent an email and someone will give you a call", which never comes. We were unable to take any money for 4 months and no one could help. They won't transfer you to anyone and no-one calls back. Customer service needs to improve. They need open up communication, use their phones and speak to people

They told me everything I sent would be enough they had all the proof and identification and everything they needed been waiting 2+ weeks for them to go and tell me unfortunately theirs nothing they can do anymore. I made it clear are we going to have any problems before we continue to the applications they was very happy to sign me up for their commission they receive but when comes to helping customers they can’t do anything I would definitely not recommend anyone to use at all.

Signed up to Take Payments for a monthly rolling contract however after 3 weeks I decided to terminate my contract as I wasn't happy with the way they were operating. A rep from Take Payments named Issac Frempong was very persuasive about selling the product but im sure it was just so he could reach his sales target. He would never answer his phone and never return any of my text messages. Im still here 6 months down the line having money taken out of my account when I was told my contract had ended after the 3 weeks.

takepayment is rubish service, and very expensive. i did call 4 times to cancel the card payment mechine but he did not agree to cancel. said i have to stay with them 2 years even if i pay off 2 years rental.
