I ordered 4 sarees from USA for my relatives in India. All delivered on time thanks talash team for doing customization with perfect finishing.

Due to Covid and India not accepting packages from the US, I chose to use an Indian company to send my rahki gift. My order confirmation stated both items would be received on time. The tracking number given did not indicate that only one item was sent out. Only 1 item was received, the cheaper joke gift item. I Have sent several emails to customer service With no replies a week later. Nothing! I just received a new tracking number so hopefully the other item will be delivered. Would not risk using this company again as they cannot even respond to customer service emails.

I ordered 4 different orders for Rakhi..Only 1 was delivered on time and after a no of complains and enquiries 2 of them got delivered a day after Rakhi and last one is still not delivered yet..They don't answer any of your queries and don't care at all for your money or emotions.

I got a mail stating that the parcel has been delivered, but when I checked with the recipient, they did not receive any parcel. I tried calling a number of times to the customer care number, but no response from their end.

I wish i could give them minus1 star but minimum is 1 star. Seeing the reviews of this service, i got to know that complaining about the order wont help. Talash.com wont mind any bad reviews. Please dont order from talash.com else u'll be talashing (searching) ur order. Site living upto its name...talash!

This is the worst experience I’ve ever had.
I ordered rakhis on July 22nd but still did not receive at the destination.

Worst customer service. No phone calls no live chat available.

Please don’t use this service. They seems frauds.

My order 100121019 is charged for the 2 Rakhi gift sets and My brothers just opened the parcel today to get ready for Rakhi and they are missing one set.
How can you deduct my money from Bank and deliver only 1 rakhi set.
I have 2 brothers and what the other brother is suppose to do now?
Pathetic service by Talash. Height is that I have raised 3 tkts, posted on Facebook and contacted whatsapp and no reply.
I want 2nd set to be delivered or give my refund. Rakhi is tomorrow and I have still not received any reply.

I have ordered rakhi for my brother in UK. I hvae ordered on 21st July and still order has not reached at destination. there is not update on order. I have raised a complain but there is no reply. If the order was getting delayed at least you should inform custom on time so that they can order from any other site.

I am very happy with the solution given on time. I had a word with your team member and he listened patiently and Mr. Saureen Vyas replied with the solution with in half an hour and told me your parcel has been dispatched. It was system error that it was not reflected on our portal.

And it got delievered today itself. I am very happy. And appreciate your quick response.

My order number is 100138615. I ordered for delivery date July 29th and these guys have not yet delivered my Rakhi, chocolates, and roses to my brother in India. I have raised a support ticket and emailed them twice but no response whatsoever. This is such a fraud website and I will have to take it up to a business complain to shut these guys down. Money is taken out but not product delivery or even the courtesy to let me know why the delay.

My brother got incomplete order i sent chocolates and rakhi but rakhi was missing from the order. Nobody is answering the call. Very bad experience.

I sent a Rakhee to my brother in Mumbai from USA. Hassle free process. I got intimation on every step and beautiful rakhees were delivered to him before time. Very impressive service. I will repeat ordering from Talash for sure. Great job! Thank you for delivering. 😊

ordered a Rakhi from Perth, my brother he got incomplete order and then I called them to send the rest of the order which was missing, but after that they stop replying my txt and even stop picking my calls......
Very disappointing we the people living far from family, trying to make our family feel special but because of these guys, it’s just impossible😡😡

I have ordered rakhi for brother 10 days back but till now he hasn't received any post from talash.com worst experience no one is replying on phone is always switch off i have to sed it to Australia. But till now no response is there from talash. Worst experience ever.

I did not receive the same things which I ordered.

Very impressed with the overall service for 3 reasons -
1) sent me a coupon very promptly to apply to my purchase
2) delivered the package promptly with the contents exactly as pictured and last but the best part was -
3) the custom message I had requested to put in the card was "hand written" by their team giving it a very personal touch!
