Pathetic service...
Placed my order well before Raksha bandhan and it never was even shipped. When I called customer care after 3 days why its not shipped, they promised it will be shipped today and delivered. But nothing happened. Next day onwards, no one even answered. Pathetic service. Last moment, I had to look for an alternative option to send another Rakhi!

Need a lot of improvement
I ordered Rakhi for my brother in Tamil Nadu and it says it’s delivered in Punjab. And I tried calling customer service nearly 50 times and my brother tried calling, I emailed to customer support and yet no use.
The Rakhi reached my brother though.... But as the customer service did not get back to me on time , I ordered a different one with different merchandise.
You need to fix your tracking system and your customer service system @talash.com

Appalling service. I was given mixed messages with regards to shipping of my rakhis. My order was placed on 7/8/19 and I am yet to still receive information with regards to shipping of my order. No one has responded to my query on their website and their live chat no longer works. But its funny to see how quickly they take your money. Will never use this service again.

Had ordered rakhi for 3 different places from Talash.com . Two reached their destination well on time and the third yet to be delivered but on its way after crossing a few hurdles with support from talash team .
