recently I gave interview for renewals agent job they took 3 rounds plus aptitude as well i passed aptitude plus 2 rounds as well 3rd round was taken by miss ruchika and she just intracted for 5 min and later my recruiter said that she just said we are not going with you I mean really they are just fooling peoples and wasting their time..even recruiter also said that its unfortunate that she even didnt clear that what are the reasons be aware from this company they are just doing time pass

I was anxious about paying for a full year up in front and I was right to feel that way. Halfway through the course, they did not deliver what intended, now trying to get the money back- no chance. They ignore my messages, this has been going on for over a month, trying to get what is rightfully mine. It's a scam, do yourself a favour and don't bother!

After 6+ weeks of unresolved escalation tickets, unanswered refund requests, and no meaningful response from customer support, I am deeply disappointed with the lack of accountability at TalentGum.

Parents deserve transparency, qualified teachers, and responsive support. Unfortunately, my experience has been very bad. This has been a simple change of teacher request.

They have helped my son become more confident in public speaking. He speaks much better in front of others. The classes are very interactive with things like storytelling, debates and impromptu speaking and the trainer gives proper feedback. Glad I enrolled him here.

A big issue with this - they record the videos without consent, as a parent when I asked them to not record my child video they didn’t agree and mentioned they can’t stop recording. How is it allowed without the parent’s consent to record child video.

My son, prathm, has be taking TalentGum's online Wastern vocal classes for a few weeks now. He's 12 yrs old. The sessions are easy to follow, and practicing from home has helped maintain consistency. There's been a gradual improvement in pitch and confidence. At one point, he had a dance competition that clashed with his vocal classes for a couple of weekends. I reached out to TalentGum thinking we might have to skip those sessions, but the schedule was adjusted to a weekday. It worked out well for us and saved us from missing classes. Thankful for their effort.

I signed my son up for TalentGum's online Python course six weeks ago, and it's been really good. The course is split into easy-to follow modules, basics, algorithms, and mini projects with short sessions that keep his attention. He's learning by building real programs, not just theory.
He's always loved computers and games, and this course is giving him a solid foundation to turn that interest into actual skills. I'm excited to see where he goes next with it. Satisfied with my experience with talentgum.

Serious concerns with talentgum and clearly no commitment to the service .

I want to raise this issue and ensure you are aware before you think of enrolling for child.

I had enrolled my daughter basis 6mths program on the commitment there will be no change to the curriculum and faculty .

Withing 6 sessions , I was asked money for the whole year and 98 sessions , which was impossible due to the service and the commitment standards.

Within 3 mths the belief turned into reality and faculty was changed and there was a break for 30 days without any sessions in the interim.

Inspite of knowing that the commitment is breached we resumed the service to complete six months program , basis the money we paid , which is now being completed in 30 sessions as opposed to 48 sessions , basis the initial cost that has been taken .

Clearly expensive and fraudsters for looting customers and taking their money.
My daughter has neither completed the 6 mths program nor there is any commitment towards the trinity.

Complete loss of money and time and no regret from the company for providing such poor service.

This company is an absolute joke. They proudly advertise a 6-month piano program, but mine was cut off after barely four months — and they still had the nerve to charge the full amount.

That is completely unacceptable.

I paid for six months, not four. There was zero transparency, zero accountability, and zero respect for customers.

Every time I asked why the program ended early, I got excuses instead of solutions. No refund, no extra lessons, nothing.

For the ridiculously high prices they charge, the least they could do is actually provide what they promise.

Instead, they take your money and disappear early.

I am furious and I strongly advise anyone considering this place to look elsewhere. Don’t fall for the false advertising and shady practices like I did.

Due to some unavoidable circumstances I had to cancel my son's keyboard classes. But support team was very responsive and cooperative. They helped to credit class to our account.

I would advise others to research very carefully before enrolling. My experience with Talent Gum was extremely disappointing. Teachers were changed every 3–4 classes, and the actual teaching time was barely 15 minutes out of a one-hour session. Many of the teachers also appeared inexperienced.
The decision to join was influenced by the offer of “free” classes, but the actual experience after enrolment was very different. Requesting a refund was a frustrating and exhausting process that required constant follow-ups. Even then, unnecessary charges such as administrative fees, bank exchange fees, and other deductions were applied, which is completely unacceptable.
In the end, I still incurred a financial loss.
Overall, this experience was a complete waste of time and money, and I would not recommend Talent Gum based on my experience.

The classes keep getting cancelled all the time. The teachers don't turn up on time. I have to follow up before each and every class to know if the class will even start or not. Very frustrating. I have raised numerous complaints but no action is ever taken. Random Sales people just keep contacting for renewals with no knowledge of the current problems.

Prompt and accurate reporting when we need to get to use time for student of this time
