It was great experience working with her and talentgum.

Guys, dont waste your hard earned money in Talentgum. I opted for Keyboard classes for my son into group class and found it totally mess. They never create a new fresh batch but adjusting the kids into running batches, resulted into missing syllabus for us. Then we thought to upgrade us to individual lessons and then another big mess happened, found that teacher Mr. Sudip was over the phone call through out the session and asking my son just to practice on MUTE. He wasted almost our 10 lessons and never been provided us the syllabus despite of asking.
Whatever Talentgum promise about quality of classes are totally fake. They are just bothering about enrollment and once you enrolled, you will be pushed into classes based on their teacher's available time and also ignore the day light time saving (day light time is committed by talentgum but never followed).
After I raised this concern about Mr. Sudip's teaching pattern, then i was refunded only 2 classes and promised to provide another good quality teacher.
Then another teacher Mr. Amogh came into picture where we found him very SHORT TEMPERED just in the 2nd class we had with him and he scared my 9 years old son and shouted on us that TEACH YOUR SON BY YOURSELF.
This is what the quality in talentgum. After that they scheduled many demo but they never bothered about asking the feedback. Another 3 months passed like that and then i started raising voice of refund.
Here the main twist comes, despite writing them 50+ emails, 100+ whatsapp text to poor support team where they only respond to your email when you threat them of doing legal action, they gave a silly calculation of refunding only 1/3rd of the amount paid while we only took 39 out of 96 classes.
Despite asking them how you are calculating, there is no satisfactory response has been provided. So my humble request is to save your hard earned money and not waste where you dont get the quality teachers, quality education.
I am still struggling to get my expected refund of atleast half what has been paid.

Astha helped with rescheduling classes

She was not sharing proper information. We enrolled for the Public Speaking sessions, but initially she shared details about Creative Writing classes instead. She is also sending most of her messages late at night after 10 PM, which is really not a good practice.

She shared the available teacher details, and when I asked for confirmation within a day, she suddenly said that the teacher is no longer available. This has put us in a confusing and uncomfortable position.
