I have used Talkiatry for several years and have been a patient of two different and very competent, caring psychiatrists. Talkiatry has the very best doctors and they take many types of health insurance. Fast and friendly service.

Mr Dr has been very helpful in giving me an outlet to verbalize the issues I’m dealing with.

The provider I met with was disrespectful, arrogant, condescending, and rude in the initial intake session. The provider made comments and suggestions that were absolutely inappropriate and concerning without her taking the time to ask or understand the context of the situation. When I raised the complaint with Talkiatry they promised that a representative from their patient experience team would get back to me and this was over two months ago and I have not heard anything. I would not recommend this company or provider (Darcie Farrell, PMHNP) to anyone seeking psychiatric medication or guidance.

Feeling heard and seen is almost non-existent these days. I feel heard when I talk with Bryce. He is so informative and knowledgeable.

I’m so thankful for this service. My Psychiatrist listens to me. He’s easy to talk to. I’m glad I’m finally getting help for my mental health.

Talkiatry is secure. I never feel that my contact with my psychiatrist is not private. The links and feed are always working, and I get reminders which is wonderful.

This is great opportunity for people who have very busy schedules like myself and who get anxious around other people. I love convenience of having private conversation with my therapist at comfort of my home. I feel like this environment helps people open up more. Dr. Bryan Morales is amazing. He is one of the best therapists I had so far. He always comes prepared. Recalls prior topics and conversations and helps you navigate through any issues. He is very thoughtful and tentative. On top of mental health he always surveys on physical health as well and ensures file is up to date with any new meds or physical issues. I highly recommend Talkiatry to all who need therapy for either medication management or therapy alone. Brilliant!

She is very attentive, helpful, and understanding. I've dealt with a few mental health professionals and even more medical professionals before, but Rishell truly takes the cake when it comes to having the ideal combination of both professional expertise and compassion.

Dr. Michele Schaefer is what makes my experiences at Talkiatry. com so great. The healow app is so easy to use. I was not sure I would like Talkiatry. com and the healow app, but it has been so easy to use. It is so convenient, compared to having to travel to an office and have to schedule with someone at the front desk. My prescriptions go directly to my preferred pharmacy, and are filled so very fast. I can talk with Dr. Schaefer from my iPad in the privacy of my home.

Appointments are easy to get and the providers I have had are caring, understanding and top notch

This is the best psychiatrist setup I've ever had and I've had about a dozen in a decade. Being virtual is perfect for me since I have anxiety about going out. There is no front desk to be rude or mess up appointments. The automated system works seamlessly. Dr Gulati is WONDERFUL!! She is patient and kind and never judgemental. She really listens and makes my care a team effort between the two of us, not just her giving me orders that I'm supposed to blindly follow. She's the best!! I've already recommended Talkiatry to friends and family members.

While the care is top-notch, the billing department refuses to answer emails.

Talkiatry came highly recommended to me and I am glad that I was able to work with helpful people. One issue that I do have an occasional problem with is that I don't always understand someone especially when they leave a message. Working with my doctor is great and I have no issue with understanding her but some of the other helpers of Talkiatry, I do. I ask that if someone leaves a message or I speak with to please slow down and be very clear, this would be appreciated. I have an issue with hearing and comprehending at times.
