They keep spamming my website with unsolicited spam…also, they edited their name into "Mail Chimp" which is obviously a fraud

Non-stop messaging, even when you respond and let them know that their services do not apply to your business.

It is like being trapped. If this is the service they are offering to me. I have no desire to punish anyone in this manner.

Every domain I own, this specimen from TalkWithCustomer pastes the same generic block of text into my comment form, signing it from eric.jones.z.mail-at-gmail.com. Whoever is behind it thinks some of us are dumb enough to "unsubscribe" from a spam list that we never subscribed to. (Read some of the other reviews if you're wondering how that works out - it just gets your email address onto another list that this outfits sells, since they know it's legit at that point.)

I've reported this spammer to consumer review websites before, but I'm going to report it to the Better Business Bureau, the FTC and the US Attorney General as well. It may or may not help, but it will make me feel better.

Since this is obviously not a legitimate company, there is no contact information anywhere online. Why would they think they'd suddenly interest real business owners in what they do by spamming us relentlessly?

EDIT: In the four days since I posted this review, this entity spammed the same site of mine twice more - once four hours ago and once the night before last. I added both IP addresses to my host's IP Blocker feature. Keep it coming, "Eric" - you will NEVER get free advertising on my site!

Constant spam on every domain I own.

I receive non stop constant spam from this "Eric Jones" who owns "talk with customer" some po-dunk web chat widget. I have received thousands, probably tens of thousands of spam emails from this clown over the last few years. He has violated so many CAN-SPAM laws it is truly unbelievable. I would never use this service, and never will because of how disgusting his spam tactics are.

claims that they can capture peoples info without their consent so you can call them and try to make a sale... Pretty sure this goes against GDPR guidelines anyway.

only started a few days ago so i guess its just the beginning...

refuse to click the unsubscribe link as previewed before opening and the preview was a page telling me that it is possibly a scam! nuh uh

Spammer who doesn’t stop spamming. Spams our contact form constantly. I wish someone would make them stop. Will never ever buy anything from this company.

Unsubscribe does not work. reCaptcha does not work. We will not work with talkwithcustomer.com, ever.

Constantly spamming the comment section of our website w crap promoting their own bogus product. This is a completely unethical business and most likely a complete scam product.

This company spams our organization every day, sometimes multiple times a day. Their unsubscribe feature doesn't work. Unethical promoting practice, I would NEVER trust them with our business.

Eric is ruining people's lives! And that's coming from a fellow Eric!

These spammers have sent me over 200 spam emails across my domains. They will not stop. No real contact details on their website, this needs shutting down.

This company continues to use robots, fake emails, no contact phone numbers by filling in my contact us form. I have asked them to stop but they do it at least once a day. Do not use this company.

Horrible spamming bots. Wouldn't touch this firm with someone else's bargepole. AVOID!!!

We are a small charity on the back of the tragic loss of Our daughter we are constantly spammed by this email address. Some of the things he says is crude when you actually read our story. We are a charitably organisation please stay off our website unless you want to support Roses way foundation !

absolutely WASTER. send about a dozen emails aweek for the past 2 years ignored it until now, sent a kind message the other day to remove us from there email list, still getting them . report the issue to the phishing

Someone called "Eric Jones" from this company has been constantly sending unsolicited spam emails and tickets to me advertising their services, even though I never signed up to receive such emails from them.

A quick Google search shows hundreds of other people experiencing the same spam from this "company".
Very poor marketing strategy, will never have my business!
