This was my first time using a travel agent and I was apsolutely blown away by the level of service and attention to detail Talma offered. Everything was tailored and the hotel they suggested was perfect. Can’t recommend them enough!

Sarah has always given us excellent service. I have used Howard Travel/Norad and now Talma for over 40 years.
Nothing has been an issue they have always sorted it out. Whether it has been Car Hire, Flights etc.
I would thoroughly recommend them.

All very efficient and well planned. The stop in Turin was a highlight and it was good to break the journey.
The hotel was in a perfect location with a lovely big infinity pool and steps into the lake which was so clear and fresh, so I swam for ages at every opportunity.
The breakfast was delicious with varied choices and in a lovely setting.
Hotel as clean and very comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful.
Dinner let them down as it was in a dingy room and the food was minimal and nothing was Italian, just a couple of pieces of potato with tough green peppers every evening. The vegetarian option was an apology for food but the fish and meat dishes were ok.
If even just one evening could have been on the roof terrace with better food we would have been happier.
The tours were well arranged and some very interesting locations. The tour guide was very professional and we felt safe under her guidance.
The journey home would have been better with a stop as the five or six train changes were tedious compared to the way out.
Our first holiday like this and we would consider another.

Sarah Tichacek was our contact and she organised a wonderful two week holiday / tour in Tamil Nadu, South India. Generally lovely hotels, great driver and good specialist guides for specific places. The local tour operator was brilliant - when we had a problem with one of our hotels they quickly changed the itinerary so we left it a day early and spent an extra night at the next hotel (in Chettinad, which was a particular highlight of our holiday).

We’ve just come back from the most amazing holiday in Japan and Hong Kong arranged by Sarah.

It was a long time in the planning and Sarah was very patient with us whilst we changed our requirements and added things on and took things off.

The holiday itself went so smoothly thanks to the attention to detail Sarah gave it - it was perfect.

The accommodations that were chosen were perfectly suited to each destination and having every element of our trip pre-planned (flights, hotels, transfers, tours, guides etc!) meant we could just relax and enjoy. The tours that were booked for us in each location were fantastic and felt personal – nothing like we’ve ever experienced before. Very good personal relationship with the Leisure Travel Manager has ensured consistently good service for both world wide and European travel. Great advantage to be able to present skeleton ideas and then work them up into a comprehensive schedule incorporating both client and Norad input and advice. A very sound knowledge of the travel industry sources of information has ensured that some testing travel requirements have come together to produce excellent experiences. Strongly recommended.

Sarah at Norad Travel has helped our family plan holidays for a number of years now. She spends so time making sure you make the right choices, hotel, trips, guides - nothing is ever too much trouble. Her attention to detail is second to none and we’ve always been delighted with our choices.

We would thoroughly recommend Norad Gloucester, we have used them to book our last four holidays & each time they have been very helpful & knowledgable. The staff are very friendly & will spend the time to go through all the details on a one to one basis. They were also keen to know how the holiday went on our return, ringing us to enquire which was a very courteous thing to do.
