Package supposed to be delivered home, however it has been moved to a pickup point, customer service been contacted and promised to resolve the issue, unfortunately nothing happened.

The after sale / customservice is really bad.
My whole shipment is delayed for over 10 days now, just because of 1 item.
They should have split the shipment in 2 insted of waiting for a" not important iteam'.
You have no number to call, everything is writting in finish, and the custom service answer once a day or after 2 days.
We have booked a boat going to a isolated island with the sauna building and the sauna stove i ordered from you. We have reebooked it for tomortow and we still not have the goods from you.... not good..

Items ordered in 1 order arrive at 3 different times
We ordered 3 electric heaters in 1 order - every single heater came at a different time which meant 3 separate trips to the shop/post.
Ordering installation on line would have meant that the cost for installation for all 3 would have more or less equalled the cost of the radiators, even though it was 1 master and 2 slave heaters. We ordered one installation and used a local company to do the rest, at a significantly lower cost.

The shop assistant was helpful and able to place the order such that two days later I had the item I was hoping for. I have yet to install the item, but everything seems to be ready for when the work will be done.
