I ordered a bed for 1,500 euros. The bed was delivered, but it must have been hit during shipping. One leg broke, and the upholstery in that area was torn. I sent photos, explained the situation, and asked that only this part (the part with the boxes) be replaced. At first, for 3,5 months I received letters saying that they didn’t understand where the problem was. It was only after I wrote an angry letter about something a child would have understood that they understood. The next day, they replied that they couldn't replace part of it. They suggested replacing the entire bed. Since I had already spent a lot of time and effort corresponding with them, I decided to take it in cash. First they offered 100 euros, then 200. We agreed on that.
For me, this isn't a solution. Without the legs, the bed scrapes the floor when moving, leaving deep scratches. I won't buy anything from them again. While I like the bed itself, their return service is terrible.
The money was returned within 3 days. Fast.

Still waiting for my order, and no answer to my email where is it…

They are selling a office chair with price tagged 259 euro after discount (original price 329 euro). Found the the exactly the same at 200 from Beliani. It is not the first time that I have seen multiple similar event from this shop. It is just money hungry shop. Check yourself online guys, stay away from these guys.

I regreted buying bed from Kodin 1, reasons, if you know you ubare marketing a single bed without headboard, put it online as single bed, don't advertised it with headboard. I bought this bed because of the headboard, and to worsen it all, you advertised your products without English as an option. Then I call your customer service to complain that my bed came without headboard after telling me about it, I complained about the option of English as one of the language on your website, she said it's a finish company and for finish people only. As a foreigner I am not supposed to do shopping in kodin1 because I don't speak and don't read finish language. I have started talking with my friends and family here in Finland about kodin1. Not to patronise you, because it's a finish company for finish people only.

Half of my order was sent out on the 18.11 from 22.11 stands in Turku. I called your transport company, wrote to you on Instagram - there is silence everywhere, to get an answer why the goods that were supposed to be delivered to me within 3-5 days to me and still not with me are impossible
