Avoid this company
I am still waiting for a replacement table top from last May 2023! The glass top was damaged when I unpacked the table which was part of a very expensive sofa set and I was promised a replacement, the firm then went into liquidation in Sept and have failed to answer my numerous emails in order to resolve the issue, needless to say I wouldn't recommend this company at all, their website says they are reopening soon, they need to sort out what they owe existing customers before taking new orders, my advice stay away from this company!

Placed an order August 2023, nearly £1,500. Then one week later they went into administration,apparently owing over £450,000!! I have tried and tried to contact them, to no avail. They did start trading under another name, according to face book. Unable to conact them, then tonight I have seen on instagram a message to say they are hoping to start trading again .WHAT !!! So I have sent them another message, to inform them if what I would like to happen and that I have aporoached the small claims court to return my money !!
Stay Away from these guys.!
It’s concerning to note that Talor (your trusted garden furniture online company)..! are now advising that they will be reopening soon having gone into liquidation just last Sept 23 with debts in excess of £468k… from the ashes comes a new Pheonix..! Having had a terrible experience with so many issues from Talor last year I would be very hesitant about purchasing ANYTHING from them & would recommend staying away from these guys.. its quite possible that should you find yourself in the same position as we were then you may well receive a spurious letter claiming it’s everyone else’s fault other than them.!
It should be noted they are in fact only agents (maybe this time it will be different) so buy direct from their supplier Maze Garden Furniture or best somewhere else.!
Don’t purchase
Ordered furniture, paid - no delivery or communication. Company website & answerphone say it is no longer trading. Have emailed several times & no response so now seeking a refund via paypal/my credit card.
Took payment but failed to deliver goods!
Great start but dwindled away after I’d payed for the furniture. Payment made on the 4 August in and I’ve heard nothing about delivery since. I spoke to Zac on the phone 7 August and he suggested it could take 10 working days which is around about now, 18 Aug.
Their website and phone message says they have ceased sales etc. This explains the too good to be true sale! Which is fine if they communicate with you about what is happening with your money/ order.
Still heard nothing after sending the suggested email query sent on the 14 Aug. 14 working days for a reply allegedly. I won’t be home for 3 weeks and summer will be over.
I don’t like writing negative reviews after such a positive start for them to secure my payment.
If the problem is rectified ASAP I will change or remove the review. This is still ongoing 😕
Poor customer service
I was told there wasn’t much to assemble which was not true as the sofa and both chairs came in pieces that I had to put together. I have called 3 times and also emailed because one of the cushions is damaged but I haven’t had any response
Poor customer service after a great start
So far, not impressed. Lovely guy delivered the furniture and it all went together reasonably well. Have now waited almost two weeks for help regarding an exchange. Got an initial reply which wasn’t very helpful, so clarified the issue and haven’t heard a thing since. Shame, because the furniture is pretty good.
Some of the worst customer service I…
Some of the worst customer service I have ever encountered! Ordered a pergola that was 'in stock' and was given a delivery time of between 5 and up to 10 days... it took endless amounts of my time chasing them up with vague responses and apparently they have no communication with their delivery partner who seemed to keep getting the blame for their lack of transparency. No real care for customers who have paid a large chunk of money for an item which should be delivered within the time frame given, no effort was put in by themselves to rectify this. I'd advise to order from suppliers direct otherwise you could be waiting much longer than you anticipated for your items..almost a month for ours! Pretty poor service.

Great communication from Zac and Kyle through out ordering process & delivery updates. Quality of products extremely high, real sturdy feeling to the structure and peace of mind knowing it will last a long time. Would recommend to all my friends and family (which I already have) !

Nothing wrong with the product
Nothing wrong with the product. The delivery team were unhelpful. They would not even open the boxes for me to be able to check if anything was damaged. I was told that if I found damage I would have to contact the seller. They would not take away any packaging as “I hadn’t paid for that service” even though I was not offered it.

Absolutely awful experience
Absolutely awful experience, ordered a replacement table top and glass surround back in April. Got the glass in about 4 weeks, still chasing for the table top, even asked for a refund that has not happended so had to claim via the bank for that. Constantly blaming the issue on the supplier, if I was them I would change supplier if every order is dealt with like this. As of today 28th June, got delivered a second glass surround but no table top still and still no refund. Avoid otherwise you won’t see your money or furniture.

Every question was dealt with promptly and having done a lot of research on the internet for my rattan garden furniture, I decided to purchase from Talor - which was a good decision.
