Brillaint service, unlike other companys who advertise stock when they dont, i was reassured how many sets they had in stock and had great contact throughout the order untill delivered within the time slot given, would use again.

Delivered on time and even taken into the back garden for us. Furniture exactly as described, appears to be good quality and straight forward to assemble. Just what we wanted !

Product great when finished but screws didn’t always line up brilliantly making the build a little frustrating.

Also delivery team were supposed to remove the packaging but didn’t forcing me to do a dump run.

I ordered a garden light over one month ago (on Dec 2nd). I have received multiple emails promising the item would be dispatched on various dates (first on Dec 16th, then Dec 28th). However, the item has still not been dispatched, and the company is not replying to emails. I will be requesting a charge-back on my credit card.

EDIT: Shortly after posting my original review Zac at Talor personally phoned to discuss the situation. The issue appeared to be due to delivery companies failing multiple times to collect the item from Talor's warehouse. One day later the item was delivered by Parcelforce. Zac was kind enough to phone on both days to give updates.

Faultless from start to finish including delivery that was bang on time.

Lack of communication bad service, Hi After 7 days I still don't know where my parcel is, no information at all, very poor service.
I will never buy again from this company.

I wanted one of those steel garden pergolas with the led lighting that were low stock everywhere. When it looked like Talor’s had them back in stock I contacted them and they were fabulous to deal with. Brilliant attentive sales service and after sales care was also superb. Based on my experience in the summer I would definitely use them again. The guys in sales and service I dealt with (Zac & Scott) are a credit to the company.

I ordered the white wash standing stag. It is absolutely beautiful quality and a very good size. It was packed really well and delivered before the estimated time. I am absolutely delighted with it and would order another one for sure!!!

Well worth the wait for my garden furniture and great communication from this firm throughout. I agree with other reviews that Scott is an asset to this firm. Very happy all round , would not hesitate to recommend.

We have had a fantastic experiencing ordering from Talor Home and Garden. We were finding it difficult to access certain ordering features via the website so we ended up completing the order over the phone which was very easy and we had a very friendly person at the end of the phone.

Predicted delivery time was very accurate and the deliver process went very smoothly. We opted for the VIP delivery option with the guys who delivered the furniture set also being very friendly and efficient with building all the furniture. Communication the whole way through the delivery process was also very good.

The product itself looks to be very good quality. The cushions you sit on are on the slightly firmer side than we were expecting but not a big issue at all. We had a couple of queries regarding the product we received and we always received prompt replies from the Talor customer service team.

Time will tell in terms of the durability of the materials etc but we have peace of mind due to the long warranty period offered with the furniture and knowing that any queries with the company are dealt with really quickly.

We would definitely recommend Talor and will no doubt use them again when we want to add items to our garden furniture and accessories.
