Five stars all the way
My brother had purchased an identical pagoda although not from Talor and we were lightly impressed by the build quality and construction. That same company had none left but I was redirected by Maize to Talor. Similar story. Out of stock. The biggest issue was finding someone to erect this. My brother's was installed by two fitters who clearly were experienced in the procedure. With the help of Zak in customer service he secured the last pergola. Unfortunately the date slipped but Talor kept me totally up to date. They are hoping to have an install service shortly but the team working on my garden make-over managed it.

Amazing Service
This company were excellent to deal with their service and product was very hard to beat. I would not hesitate to purchase from them again. Their delivery and set up team were very professional and took all packaging away and left everything tidy.

Superb customer service
I very rarely write reviews but I feel this company needs to recognised. I purchased an outdoor table and chairs(zest 8 seater) via Scott. The process was seamless. I needed the item quickly and he managed to contact the courier and warehouse to make sure I received it in the timeframe. The table and chairs are fantastic, the quality is what brilliant (especially given it isn’t cheap). Scott is a credit to the company and I’d recommend talor to friends and family in an instant.

The quality of the furniture is a high standard
The quality of the furniture is excellent, easy to put together with clear instructions and the communication from Talor's was very good. There was an expected delay on the product arriving, we were told it would be a couple of months but actually only had to wait a month.
