The product quality is good , but delivery is too slow

The product quality is good, but unfortunately the overall customer experience needs significant improvement. Customer support not helpful when I requested updates. My order arrived in separate shipments instead of one package, which was inconvenient, and the delivery took more than 11 days. Better communication, faster response times, and improved shipping coordination would make a big difference.

جودة المنتج جيدة، لكن تجربة الشراء بشكل عام تحتاج إلى تحسين. خدمة العملاء لم تقدم تحديثات واضحة عن الطلب. كما أن الطلب وصل على عدة شحنات منفصلة بدلًا من شحنة واحدة، واستغرق أكثر من 11 يومًا حتى اكتمل التسليم. أتمنى تحسين خدمة العملاء، وتسريع الشحن، وتوحيد الشحنات لتقديم تجربة أفضل للعملاء
