First experience - OK became GREAT!
My first experience with Tanner Bolt was in regard to a small order of about 20 unique items, to be used as samples, upon which we could evaluate if the products would work for our business. Future / larger orders would be based on this information. Even though there was a very slight issue, it is the manner in which the folks at Tanner fixed it that deserves 5 stars. Old school, good people, prompt attention, doing the right thing - that is my first experience. Thank you especially to Freddy C & Eddie N! They certainly earned a new customer!
