I would totally recommend this store to anyone. The Taprobaene team is wonderful, efficient and very considerate. I purchased a sweatshirt from Taprobaene. The color I wanted was unavailable at the time which made me pick a different color, but unfortunately, I had a change of mind after purchasing it. I wrote to Taprobaene and requested a refund although I was really doubtful if they would make a refund. My past online shopping experiences have been so terrible and I have never received any refunds before. Taprobaene accepted my request and made a refund on the same day I wrote to them. It was stress-free and smooth. I'm very thankful to their kind gesture. I hope this review doesn't encourage everyone to request refunds. It is with a great sense of appreciation that I write this review because ethical businesses are so rare nowadays. I wish Taprobaene all the very best!

I didn't know what to expect from a small start-up brand, but could not be more impressed with the attention to detail - Taprobaene show real love for their clothes, and in turn for every customer that chooses to buy them. Particular shout-out to the fast postage, stylish packaging, personalised message and amazing fragrance on the item itself, which made the whole experience like receiving a luxury gift from a friend. The jumper is also extremely soft and comfortable, perfect for Autumn nesting. I look forward to seeing their future collections!

The quality of the product is amazing and the design is beautiful but honestly what shocked me the most was the customer service. The packaging is so pretty, the delivery was smooth and the communication up until I received the product was friendly and helpful and awesome! The material of the hoodie is really soft and feels great, haven't worn it yet cause I got it to give as a gift, but it feels lovely and looks really pretty.

In love with the product as it represnts our ethnicity and feel recognizable as a Sri Lankan when wear it. Apart from that it's very comfortable and perfect in size. Moreover, packaging and the thank you message for the customer is outstanding.

I bought my first sweater last week, it came in a lovely box with a customised message titled with my name.
For me it is more than sweater, it is the story behind, everytime I wear it I feel happier, it has something different than other sweaters, it has an emotional value, I feel the love and passion of the beautiful souls behind the brand.
I cant wait the new collection ;)
