The best customer service
I have been so impressed with the customer service from the staff at TW. Initially from Stuart who took my order thru to the lovely Scott in customer services who soothed my nerves when there was a delay on my order and made a promise that it would arrive on time and made me feel like I counted. Sink and tap arrived safely. Well packaged and delivered on time. They both look great but haven't been installed yet so I cant comment on performance.

Sink arrived damaged and they sorted a replacement without any fuss.
Unfortunately the replacement has arrived damaged. The internal packaging is not sufficient to protect the corners of the sink. Will wait and see if they will send a third one out

Selling open box items at full price, be careful.
I could not recommend Tap Warehouse to anyone, unless they are happy to pay full price for customer returned items. The tap I purchased had very evidently already been opened - the box flaps had been ripped open and the contents not repacked securely - and when I questioned this, the service response was less than adequate, refusing to engage my question about why I had paid full-price for what was essentially a used item. Thankfully the tap worked okay when installed by our plumber, but even he said he was surprised by the lack of transparency by Tap Warehouse and admitted the outcome could’ve been worse had there been missing parts from an open box. In retrospect, I should have requested a NEW replacement, but having waited 10 days on the initial shipment I could not risk extra delay.

A good quality stainless steel sink
We were looking for a new stainless steel sink to replace a very thin flimsy one.
The new sink we ordered is very high quality considering the price. It was delivered the next day and looks great.

Damage Return Process
The sink that came was severely damaged,although no obvious damage to the packing.
I followed the damage return process on the Web site, but nothing happened for some time, however after a phone call the situation was promptly resolved.
