The website had good product…
The website had good product information and there's a good range of products to choose from - I was looking for a sink. The chatbot was helpful. Delivery and comms were good. Generally a good buying experience. If colour samples could be bought, or colour references, RAL for example, supplied, they would have got 5 stars from this customer.

Unhelpful agents
I selected this company due to its positive reviews, but my experience has been very disappointing.
I was auto assigned a delivery time up to 21:00 to an empty property. Contacted Tap Warehouse customer service and explained this - they refused to confirm they could rearrange delivery for the next day, and the agent then summarily closed the live chat.
If you call their phone number, it says they have high call volumes and no agents, and they drop the line. I tried 3 times.
Awful service and now our kitchen installation is at risk. First and last time we use Tap Warehouse.

Ceramic sink and tap
The delivery was very rushed and unfortunately the sink was damaged in transit but received a replacement within two days.
It would have been nice to actually speak to a person and not a chat bot.
The taps are great and the ceramic sink is wonderful, nice and deep and pleasing to the eye, so very happy with the product.

Extremely disappointed with Tap…
Extremely disappointed with Tap Warehouse’s returns policy.
I purchased a basin overflow cover for £12 and paid £3.99 for delivery, but the item doesn’t fit and is no use to me. When I tried to return it, I was told I would have to pay a £9.99 collection fee, and the original delivery charge would not be refunded.
This means I would lose £13.98 on a £12 item, which is unreasonable and feels like an unfair penalty for returning an unsuitable product. Charging almost the full value of the item just to process a return is excessive and not customer-friendly.
Policies like this should be made far clearer before purchase so customers can make an informed decision. Based on this experience, I would not recommend Tap Warehouse and will not be shopping with them again.
