They used fedex instead of ups like i equested and fedex charged us 2400 for one ski on 15 miles I told bob use ups or call and we would pick it up No way wouldwe as a trucking compompany pay 2400 for one skid on 145 miles for a delivery 145 mils from out terminal.

I'm a little on the older side and was having trouble negotiating the order process on my computer after a couple of chats Ms Jesi came up with an alternative way to pay and get my order going. She was always pleasant and helpful. Bard Bruce

Tarps now are amazing. I recently purchased a tarp from them in rhino tex material and it came to me in an outsanding shape and sewn very well, the seems are tripled over and double stitched and the material is breathable and weatherproof including sunlight and rain. It is comfortable and I created a cowboy bedroll out of it and it is working great. They have outstanding customer service. Jesi is amazing and very thorough when creating a new tarp design helping the customer put forth their idea into the light. They have an impressive amount of material to choose from and are very knowledgeable about which is best for the application. Jesi and Tarpsnow exceeded my expectations with their beautiful customer service and excellent response rate. I look forward to working with them in the future and hope you all choose tarps now for your next covering project.

I had an issue with a hay tarp that I ordered 6 months ago. Danielle in sales was able to help me resolve the issue in a more than fair manner. The original tarp was delivered in a timely manner and I expect nothing less than another satisfactory delivery in the coming days. Just simply the fact I was talking to a live person and not having to push multiple numbers to get where I needed to be to conduct my business was great. I found Tarps Now while searching online for a ceiling mount track system that was heavy duty and able to support a vinyl curtain I bought to enclose my back patio.
