Setting up an account with this company was great! I was confused as to how to set up a Tax-Exempt account, and Tasha was extremely helpful in assisting and helping me place our order.

My name is Brian, boxing coach in the Pittsburgh area.
I recently purchased 2 boxing ring covers from Tarpsnow to replace the covers on two separate rings.
We are a very busy gym and the ring covers take a beating. We had an issue with the one cover at approximately 5 weeks after installation the larger of the two began to separate at a seam.
Without hesitation I reached out to Tarpsnow with our problem. After a couple of emails and photos of the issue the company responded with a very satisfying solution! They are manufacturing a new ring cover and will notify me when it ships!!
As of now that’s where we stand. The other cover I mentioned is carrying the load and holding up well above our expectations!
I feel the replacement cover will do the same!!
Once the replacement is installed I will write another review praising Tarpsnow!

I am from the old school where a handshake meant a deal. I realize times are different, and not everyone is so honest anymore...BUT Tarps Now remembers. I am not a huge buyer of tarps, but an honest and loyal one who appreciates the same good will and trust from Tarps Now. They honor their commitment to a good product and to good personal service. At this point, I would never consider any other custom tarp fabricator. Tarps Plus is the real thing....

The tarps we initially ordered were out of stock, but Tarps Now offered to send us the next size up at no additional charge. The tarps arrived promptly and are very high quality!

The product I received stunk of gas and was oily and un-usable. They would not allow it to be returned. No not order from this company.

The rainy season here in California caught me by surprise as I was reconditioning my canvas yurt and replacing a protective tarp. I was very happy to find your product, The clear vinyl with weight mesh webbing. Jill in your sales department was excellent and brainstorming my situation I had bought one of your tarps that was too small I needed to replace it with a larger one. We had a very nice chat about the weather here and there and she informed me that she was new as one of your representatives. In doing so gave me the patience to let her find the answers to my problems. She even contacted me a few days later to let me know if there was a restocking fee but that since I was purchasing another tarp it would not apply. I ended up keeping the smaller tarp as it became extremely handy to cover another area of my rain and water soaked property!

The sales person searched and worked with my specs for the perfect match product for me.

The tarp and track parts I ordered were exactly what I expected. It came earlier than promised which was a pleasant surprise. I’m very happy with the quality. My only regret is not ordering the track mounts (I drilled through the track and screwed to the ceiling) as I needed special screws to avoid interference with the tarp hook rollers. Tarps Now was great to work with and I highly recommend them for your needs.

The quality was very good. Used it as a backdrop for a music stage. Was able to hang banners on it also.
May be getting another this year.
Solid grommets. Shipping was in time Yes I would buy from this company.

In 2018 I bought 18 oz White Vinyl by the yard to use as a permanent roof for my pony's shed. It has worked fabulously! My Welsh Pony is dry and warm in the winter. Great company with a wonderful customer service staff to answer your questions.

Great Product!
These two tarps will work great for our intended use in the backyard. I greatly appreciate the help I received from Danielle getting my order placed.

Tarps heavy duty quality not what you would expect. 5 month after installing the tarp as a canopy it started ripping at the seams.

PLEASE READ THIS BEFORE LETTING THIS COMPANY HAVE YOUR MONEY: TarpsNow’s business practice is the exact opposite of their company’s name: They sell products that do not exist, and then string along the poor buyer with vague promises about imminent shipping, production, etc. From one day to the next, they provide completely different excuses for the endless delay: Some days the item is briefly out of stock, sometimes it’s in production, other times it’s preparing to ship. They apologize profusely and say they will understand if you decide to cancel the order due to all the delays. But when we finally did try to cancel, after weeks of this nonsense, they told us they might not refund our money if the phantom tarp was “too far along in production.” This was after their recent promise that the tarp was being shipped, which was followed by an email saying that the shipping promise was in error, and that the product was now out of stock. We finally did get our money back, but dealing with these lying hucksters was a major headache. If you read other online comments (e.g., at the Better Business Bureau), you’ll see that mine was not an isolated instance: This is a standard business practice (which may be why they don’t sell through Amazon, where independent reviews are more accessible). Finally, I learned from scoping out online review sites that we may have been the lucky ones: Some buyers who ultimately do receive a tarp from TarpsNow complain that the thickness and quality is less than promised. My hope in writing this review is to save others from the stress that TarpsNow might put you through.
