Lack of Customisation Work Causes Problem
Everything was good except lack of cistomisation work. The assembler refused to make a small window cut at the back panel of the unit which would have enabled us to access the burglar alarm from inside the unit. He said that they are not allowed to do any cusomisation work. Our unit had to be placed in front of the wall where the burglar alarm is and this would mean that we could not access it without having a window slot to be cut in the back panel of the unit. You should allow for simple customisation work on the assembled units to be performed by the assembler.
