I hired 2 workers to move a typical 200lb dresser a short distance in Manhattan. Fortunately, despite the clear inexperience these workers had in moving heavy furniture, the dresser arrived unscathed- I think. There is a very small pinky tip indentation on the piece. I had to supervise every move they made. They did not work well together and had lots of difficulty keeping the dresser centered on the carpeted prices of the dolly. Both men were gentleman and gave it their=ir best but their inexperience was clear and created a lot of stress for me. And- the mover who brought his van had an unusable dolly so we had to use one from my building

Damaged my walls and didnt tell me. Not good.

Worst move I’ve ever had. movers were inexperienced and slow. took 4 hrs to move a studio. 40 mins to move a mattress.

The delivery itself was perfect. The deliverymen were professional, quick and did not even touch a wall.

The computer logistics behind the delivery were very wonky, to the point that it was announcing that the delivery would soon be made the day after it had been. That part needs some work. Also, I recognize that Taskrabbit may have no control over this aspect of the process. If that is the case, pass it on to Casper.

The helper was incompetent and seriously damaged our house. Task Rabbit closed our claim without standing behind the service and covering the damage.

The delivery guys were completly unprofessional. They did not take care of the appliance and handled it in a hiest. They damaged the appliance.

John was great. I am still trying to tip him but your app is not working.

Emiras was amazing! He was so helpful and fun to chat with. He made the whole day easier!

As I unpack and get settled I've noticed more things damaged than I was made aware of. My cat tree was seriously broken. A side table in my bedroom is extremely scratched on the top. My couch was damaged too! Fabric is torn.

The couch came in a box from the store but the movers removed the box before loading their truck. The problem is it was raining hard and their truck was uncovered and road splash and rain got in this new couch. We were so upset at the lack of thinking. Why not remove the box once you've arrived?

Very well taken care of, on time, no problems whatsoever.

My issue still isn't solved after a poor delivery and 4 phone calls, I'm still waiting for a manager response about my issue.

I went to app to cancel a job. The job did not appear, so I assumed my wife canceled. Days later I get a call the guys are 15 min away! Called CS and was told the job was not canceled! I replied it doesn't show on my app. They asked if I used IOS or Android. I replied Android. Oh, the rep said, we don't support Android to cancel. I said really? It's 2026, almost 2027! 46% of people in the USA use Android!! I was informed I would be charged for the whole job. But we'll give you $30 off your next job. Unacceptable!
