This website is a scam. Don't buy from them. I paid 60 euros for a crossbag and never received it. They haven't refunded my money yet either. Their communication is ridiculous. Save your money and don't shop here.

Scammed me. Never got my bags. Never got a refund. They're hypocrites.

I ordered from this site before on 31.12.2022. and the only notice I received is that they received the order, but nothing ever since, the customer sevice is a scam and when I claimed a refund they seemingy allowed it, but Paypal couldn’t claim the money from them. I will be pursuing legal action for this matter, not because of the sum spent, but I want the site taked down so that nobody else has to have the same experience!!!

Save yourself some time and money by not ordering from this website! I ordered a bag in May (we’re currently in September) and still haven’t gotten it or a refund. Their customer service is a joke and keeps telling me that it’s on its way. People working for this company should be ashamed of themselves!!!

Where do I begin? They stole my money. Never gave me a refund. Never sent me my bags. A whole 87€ ..
I have contacted them multiple times and always got the same response. So, for whoever reads this: Just go and find another place to buy bags from. Rather safe than sorry.

I have made an order mid May, got a tracking number a couple days later. Sent an e-mail and they said they would resend it. I did all the costumer service, they never sent me a new tracking number, and now I have asked for a refund and it has been more than a week and no refund. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM.

Scam! Do not order from this website! I ordered a bag in May and still haven’t received it. Iv emailed them and they said it got stuck in transit and that they sent another one. They won’t give me a shipping number or tell me when it’ll arrive. Iv now asked for my money back and got no answer. Do yourself a favour and save your money

I bougth a bag from them maybe 2021 december, or fall of 2021 can't remember exactly.
The bag arrived deccent quality, wasn't expecting much though, I still use it and i like that bag.
Upon this experience i ordered two more bags and a wallet this spring (2022). The package arrived fast (I live in Europe, Hungary) the wallet and one bag I am satisfied with, the second bag is ok for the price except they didn't sent me the traps, so it is completely useless.
There is 15 back and forth email exchange of them promising they sent the straps, then they say they resent the whole bag, then the package is stuck at transit, then they resent the resent bag...
Of course they won't compensate me for the other bag because i need to send back the package they allegedly sent out...
Something is not ok with this company!

I foolishly bought a bag after seeing an ad on Instagram. The bag arrived and smelled like plastic & chemicals and looked awfully cheap. I contacted them to return it and they tried to avoid it saying they will refund 30% only and I can keep the bag. After few emails they sent me a return form with address written wrong. (address does not appear on their website, you can only get it by email). It has been 5 weeks since I returned the parcel and got no refund.

It's been more than I month and have yet to receive my order. Customer service is totally unhelpful, they said they process my refund but of course I have not recived it. I will report it to Amex. Total scam, do not buy from them

i made an order on May 2nd, it’s nearly July and i still have not gotten this order. They say it’s on its way to me but the tracking says order has been made but doesn’t say it’s been dispatched. I ordered this for an event in early June and have now asked for my money back several times but they refuse to do so because “it’s on its way”. this smells an awful lot like a scam.

This is my first and last time when i order something from companies like this (from instagram). It's been more than a month already and i did't get my order and of course i have sent them an email. All that i have got was "there is some delay with your order" and i said okay waiting... Now we have 12 back and forth emails and already asked for my money back as i feel i'm getting scammed by a fraud company and guess what they told me? "We refund it immediately when the package is returned to us!" Whaaaat? So now i have to wait until you will find this package and it will be returned back to you. That's stupid. The issue was not from my side and why i should wait you to handle it.
Good news that i have all the emails and can proof to my bank that i got scammed and will made a recall and of course a FRAUD one.
P.S Dear TAS team, why you are replying only to the positive reviews most probably left also by your team?!

Reporting them to paypal at the moment, please don't purchase from them. I hope they get done for fraud.

Bags came from china , look like the 5 euro bags on shein except I paid 95 euro for two bags.

Avoid !! No actual mention from vogue or Elle ,completely misleading

The bag is very nice and beautifully made, I really like it. A bit problematic thing is that it is shipped directly from China, so the whole “vegan and sustainable bags from Amsterdam” is put to question.

This is just another reminder that you should always read the reviews before buying from unknown online shops.

I ordered 2 bags that came about 18 days later and are both from cheap plastic and have a very unpleasant smell. I requested a full refund immediately, to which they offered me to keep the bags and refund me only 30%, so that “we can save on CO2 emissions”. Really? Are you the company to speak on environment and ethics?

Absolutely unacceptable. I’ll do my best to try to get the full refund i deserve and send the bags back to wherever they came from. If not, I’ll file a small claims lawsuit and i suggest that to anyone, since this is how we can bring such a fraudulent company down.

The quality is really bad, looks like a cheap bag from China. In order to return, I had to send them an email and in their reply, they tried to convince me to keep it because shipping would cause CO2 emissions... I asked them about their sustainability reports before they put blame on a customer who simply wants to return an item. Don't buy from them!

Do not buy this bags I repeat do not buy it. It’s a scam. I ordered a bag and wallet by them and randomly got a tracking number from china. Now the things arrived the wallet is not even their own brand but it’s standing with big letters “fforu” on the inside. And the tag of course says made in china. So handmade vegan my ass. They also keep lying to me in their emails. I just found the same exact bag on aliexpress for 12 euro.

A SCAM AND FRAUD!!
I ordered 2 Bags from them because it was on sale and it looks so decent on the pictures last April 7. But bags never arrived up until now and it's already been almost a month. They kept telling me that it was stuck in transit and will arrive soon. They're advertisement don't go hand in hand with their services. I'm very disappointed. Don't order from them. I just hope I can get a refund.

I ordered a bag on 11th of February. It is the 26th of April now, when I am eriting the review, and the bag did not arrive and the they have not refunded me yet.

Just because of this, I do not recommend this website. I don’t know about the quality of the bag since I have not received it, but I do not recommend ordering from them.
