T.A.S. The Label 

Quality is awful. They respond very quickly and give a extra discount because of that but returns are very inconvenient and you have to pay for it by yourself plus an additional fee. Not again!!

My experience was very good. Yes, they had a problem with delivering my bag and it was because of corona. So I wrote to them about cancelling my order and they reacted very quickly. The whole time they were very nice, they answered all of my emails in a few hours, answered all of my questions and in few days they sent the money back.
After all I read here, I must say I was very pleasantly surprised.

Got my bag in time, and it's very pretty. Love the different straps and the quality of the bag!!

Fraud, scam it is! No bag and neither they refund me. Don't get these!

IT’S A FRAUD!!
The order came after 1,5 month, the bag is awful, they don’t return the money back!
I wrote to them daily and they kept lying that the order will come “any day now”. Bags are from ali express, you can buy the same ones from there for 7 dollars or less.

Do not order with them.
They don’t pick up the phone, answer to the emails or messages on social media.
I ordered giving the chance to what I considered a small company to support the idea. I did a through research on their values, where do they make their bags, etc, but no a single evidence. No names of the creators proud of their values, no links to the “articles that Vogue or Elle have written”, no information disclosed or any short of transparency. Definitely all were red flags… but I gave it a chance because the reviews, which definitely are FAKE!

- THE DELIVERY DOESNT TAKE 1 day or whatever claimed in their Instagram and website.
It’s a FRAUD and SCAM.
Shame on you!

Ordered a month ago, still no bag and no answer of the company...

I ordered my bag more than a month now, still no bag. I want my money back, but support is awful and answers after 24 hours. Don't be fooled by pretty pictures in media and website. GIVE MY MONEY BACK

I CAN'T belive I fell for it... These are not handmade bags, this is false advertisement for goods from China. Such an unethical "company" it should be immediately closed.

Ordered over a month ago and still didn't receive a bag. Shipping time should take 3-12 days according to information on the website. No notification on delay or even the possibility to actually track my order. Disappointing!

Ordered a bag on January 27th and still haven't received my order! According to the poor onsite tracking my order has only now made it's way to the netherlands?!?

Seems like some scam!
My expectations on what the quality of the bag will be are low. Should have read the reviews beforehand.

edit: received it today... absolute junk. Poor quality, horrendous smell, different design than shown on the website and social media platforms.
Did claim my right of return and will report to Paypal if they won't respond in reasonable time. What a waste of time and money!

I've looking for an affordable yet high-quality bag for some time. I was tired of spending money on bags that would have some kind of damage after a while. I was really happy to find out about T.A.S Label! I've received the bag today and I'm really happy with it. Looks and feels very high quality, and It was not stupidly expensive. My order had some delays, but the brand was really transparently about it, and offered me a discount code. Thank you so much! 💘

Don't buy from this shop. They're selling cheap, plastic bags from China. Don't waste your money on this scam.

Amazing! I had some question to begin with but those got answered real quick by the customer service. After that I placed my order and received it after a few days. The bag met my expectations and looked like the pictures, overall great experience. Thanks!

Just received my order from T.A.S. the label and I am very happy with it. The bags are looking exactly the same like the pictures. Also very happy with the service. I just texted them trough whatsapp and they helped me immediately. Amazing! Thanks!🤩

I bought a bag for my girlfriend. It came in time and the customer service was good. My girlfriend loves the bag aswell so everything went as expected!

TAS took care of my questions about the bag. I really liked the way they delivered my package, clean and nice in TAS their style.
So, definitely going to order a bag there again.
