I’m really impressed with the customer service from Tatami Fightwear. Last year, I ordered a Ju Jitsu GI kit, and after about 6 months found the stitches on the leg come off . I contacted them by email, and within 25 hours they had issued a full refund—no hassle at all.

I decided to buy another kit last week, but unfortunately DPD lost the parcel. I reached out again, and within just an hour they arranged a replacement, which arrived within 24 hours.

That level of service is rare these days. A great company with fantastic customer support and high-quality products. Highly recommended!

The purchase was easy because of the quality of Tatami brings. Arrival was delayed because of US Customs, but Karen and Shelby saved the day on that end. All in all, a great transaction.

Tatami has not only great products but also outstanding customer service. I’ve ordered from them a few times now, and everything has always arrived quickly here in Finland.

Recently, the seam on my Classico Ultralight gi jacket tore sooner than expected. I reached out to their customer service, and Karen from Tatami got back to me right away with a really friendly response. She told me I could pick a replacement gi jacket, and they sent it out immediately.

Prompt response to an issue. I received a rash guard with marks all over it. Karen resolved the issue immediately.

Tatami dealt with, and resolved the issue swiftly, professionally and without any unnecessary Jibba Jabba! A breath of fresh air these days, Thank you Shelby, Great job!

Everything was smooth until the package arrived in Germany and the local courier ran into some issues. I was worried it would become a long story, but Karen from Tatami support stepped in immediately.
She was incredibly proactive, taking charge and sorting out the mess with the local delivery service for me. It’s great to see a brand that has your back even when things go sideways on the last mile (through no fault of their own!).
Super friendly, fast, and definitely went above and beyond. If you want top-tier gear and support that doesn't leave you hanging, Tatami is the place. Huge thanks to Karen – 10/10 service!
