I popped out of work during my break to see my consultant using my mobile. Saved me having to take a day off work, travelling, wait ages to be seen. Although the connection lagged for a few seconds, I think that was more to do with where I was and my signal rather than the platform. The consultant was amazing and I really couldn't recommend her enough.

So I had to follow maybe 3 steps? Sign up, type in my issue and i had a choice of medical professionals that could help me out instantly (specifically for my illness).

Tau Health really streamlined getting in contact with a doctor. All I needed to do was search my issue and someone with expertise in that area was on the other end of my phone that evening! Their doctor notes really helped me keep track of their advice for me afterwards
