Both of my contacts were patient and understanding as I stumbled to find answers to their questions. They were also very knowledgeable regarding the applicable tax laws and processes. Overall it was a very satisfying experience My audit specialist was Bistra Tsvethova. I can't remember the name of the gentleman who initially coordinated case.

Joji continues to address items to my husband who passed 4 months ago…seriously how many times do I have to say my husband passed. It is so hurtful. Shame on you for bringing this pain to me

Carol Kauffman is incredibly knowledgeable and helpful to me in many ways - she was patient with my technology gaffs, she was super responsive via the portal and directly via telephone and she expertly navigated the mishmosh of my financial life to provide a response to the audit that was satisfactory to the CT IRS. It was incredibly comforting to know she had my back since I have never been audited and without Carol, it would have been much a more stressful process.
