I am very satisfied with the software and how easy it is to upload your files, I also enjoy the help I am receiving along the way from the support team. Haley helped get my wallet uploaded and personally reached out to update me on the process, this takes a lot of stress off of me.

Its nace and very easy

Their software does not link all transactions regardless if you enter All of your wallets and exchanges in my case, their chat customer service don't have the ability to solve the issues they are more like takers and then refer the issue to what they call (escalation team), I only click in the income form just to see it that will disqualified me from requesting a refund. They have a long way to go on their software. One of their reps wanted me to remember each one of the 123 transactions without cost basis. Isn't that what their software is for?

I have been buying, swapping, staking and trading crypto since 2017. When I first got into crypto taxes were easy as I did none of those things. But as time went on and I grew more adventurous, the tax consequences of the swapping, staking and trading began to have greater impact. Trying to keep track of all of it was increasingly hard.

TaxBit has made the process so much easier. They import the data from Exchanges and wallets and sync all swaps, staking rewards and trades. Their service team is very responsive and on line help has been terrific.

Recommend them highly, especially for those who do a lot of swaps, staking and trading.

They do quickly respond to you but never can resolve your issues in a timely manner for tax reporting purposes. My taxes for 2021 are all screwed up because of their APIs not working, and sometimes the software works and sometimes it does not. They have serious growing pains and they are delaying my 2021 tax filings because or THERE ISSUES!!!!

TaxBit is the best tax transaction software I have ever used. Crypto transactions are complex and their software does an excellent job of reconciling the transactions. I had a number of missing cost basis transactions as I had staked some currency but using their email support, where they replied in 24 hours, I had to delete the transfer in and transfer out staking transactions and the software updated all my transactions in real time. Just GREAT! Really hope they get into TurboTax tax software market as they will eat their lunch.

No Delete Account function after testing the software. This is disappointing to have to contact customer service to delete my account.

Long and frustrating story but now I recommend them. I went through some serious problems with the tax optimizer recommendations. I went to customer service and they weren't helpful. Unfortunately, I had to create a negative review here to get attention but in the end they were able to fix everything. It would have been five stars if they were able to address the issues with their customer service support.

The industry is growing faster than anybody can keep up. They seem like they are doing their best to keep up. I'm going to keep using them and recommend them.

I was not able to add Coinbase Pro, I followed the directions and put in key, phrase and secret. It came back invalid. I tried several times to no avail

Can't login to my account. Customer service is awful.

Andrew helped me out again! I won't pass up an opportunity to refer any one that needs this service!

It's easy to use since initial signup process to exchange linkage to my tax document creation, the process could not have been easier or more user friendly.

Highly recommend to anyone buying or selling cryptocurrencies on any platform.

Find it hard to import my csv from moonlet on my phone.

Easy to use and integrated with all of my various platforms seamlessly

Working really well for me to this point. Integration with the exchanges I use has gone very smoothly so far, aided by their VERY specific/detailed API help screens. Started out with a "basic" subscription, but will likely upgrade, now that I am seeing how well the app works.
