Every interaction I have with TaxCloud support has been very helpful and best of all the people are genuinely friendly! Especially, and most recently, Chris Mercer. Really made my day!

Ginia was fantastic- knowledgeable, extremely helpful, and very patient. Overall, Tax Cloud is wonderful and I suggest the service to every business owner.

Took months of back-and-forth with several weeks of no contact whatsoever to get what turned out to be a simple issue resolved. At no point was I convinced my issue was actually understood and being treated as a priority. The only positive thing I can say is that the support rep was friendly.

TAX CLOUD IS A COMPANY THAT YOU CAN COUNT ON. This was the best thing we as a company could do. Easy to install on our website. Chris Mercer walked us thru with patience and understanding, he is a great asset to the company, and it is such a pleasure working with him! Installed in a few minutes, it's working on-site! Initially when I had to set up sales tax for my website, I had spoken to both Avalara and TaxJar. It took about three weeks and four phone calls with an Avalara sales rep before I even got pricing, and TaxJar isn't an SST provider. I had finally spoken to Jessica at Taxability Solutions who recommended I also check out TaxCloud. I'm glad she did, because I'm very happy with them (going on four months now). Way cheaper than the competitors as well.

TaxCloud was easy to set up, I had it working on my staging environment over a weekend. Compared to the competitors, the API is very simple and easy to use, and integrates perfectly with Magento (both 2.x and 1.9-LTS). I don't have to think about sales tax at all, and I have full transparency over what's happening. They set up a special taxcloud email where anything emailed from the states goes to both me and their team.

They're also very easy to get a hold of. The week after I simply created an account, the director of sales (Marion) reached out to me for a phone call to see if I had any questions. After our first month's filing she reached out again and walked me through the reports to make sure I understood how everything is working. I don't ever feel less important as their client even though I'm not running a huge operation.

I want to also put in a plug for Jessica from Taxability Solutions, who works directly with TaxCloud. She helps to register you for the non-SST states, and provides a concierge service (corresponding to letters from the states, audit defense, etc.) The combined price for Jessica's service and TaxCloud is still cheaper than I was quoted from Avalara, and I get way more service.

Overall, I would recommend TaxCloud!

I had a great rep to help me with setting up my store, which the instructions may as well have well been in a foreign language, but she walked me through it successfully.

We are new member of TaxCloud. We are utilizing the service to help us accurately compute sales tax for a our business.

So far things are great, the program integrated directly with our ERP/Accounting software (Odoo) and seems to be working well.

Customer support was quick to address my initial questions. As we further implement over the next several weeks I'll report back if any changes to my score are necessary

I am a developer tasked with integrating TaxCloud with my clients website. TaxCloud reps are very responsive and helpful answering both technical and tax based questions. My client is very pleased with their service. I would definitely recommend them to my clients who want easy tax integration on their website.

While I am not a customer of TaxCloud, I have a customer who is. TaxCloud was able to step in and help both of us to figure out the right answers regarding who should be charging sales tax and who is paying, etc, as you know these things get complicated. They went above and beyond in helping me and our client to resolve our sales tax questions!

At the first of the year (2021), we migrated to a cloud-based inventory/sales/purchasing solution. We chose TaxCloud as our Sales Tax provider for retail transactions. We chose to continue filing our Sales Tax Reports and Remittance with the State. We had issues with the summary reports generated for our use in preparing our Sales Tax Returns. This has not been resolved but we made the decision to change our TaxCloud subscription to the complete package where they file and remit sales taxes for us. This has already made a huge difference! We wish we had made the decision to do this from the beginning.

UPDATE:
Our TaxCloud rep referred us to a 3rd-party partner to assist us with the initial reporting periods we had issues with. That company had everything handled within 24-hours. I was very impressed and grateful to them and to our TaxCloud rep for the referral. I've upgraded our experience from 3-stars to 4-stars.

TaxCloud is a great automatic tax filling program. Marion and Thomas were very helpful in getting us set up and answered all of our questions.

The level of customer service that TaxCloud provided was exceptional. Chris was outstanding in answering all my millions of questions via email and then setting up a call to resolve an issue. I can't thank him enough for his dedication to helping me find the answers that I needed.

When you need help, be it taxes or otherwise to have great customer service agents who respond back to your issue right away and are always willing to help, that makes a huge difference in choosing to stay with a service.

We are a french company and we did not feel confortable with sales tax mechanism. TaxCloud make my life definitely easier.

Love working with the TaxCloud team! First had questions for the support team and was offered step-by-step help with the setup. Chris and Mark were both extremely competent and helpful. Then I had more in-depth Marketplace Tax questions and was introduced to Pat, VP of BizDev. Pat setup a time for a call with me and my co-founder and walked us though different options and gave us very transparent useful advice. Really appreciate all the help and look forward to using the product!

TaxCloud took the initiative to reach out to current customers and explain a company wide change in policy. Unheard of these days. Ms. Roger not only took the time to explain the process but went above and beyond to be available and educate a rookie working with TaxCloud.
