Can't Cancel
Didn't catch the recurring monthly charge, just thought I was doing a one and done. Months and multiple $65 charges later, I went onto the site to cancel via online chat. After the intake bot indicated I would need an agent to cancel, I waited and then a form pops up as if I want to start the trial and give my credit card again! There was no way to get beyond that, despite multiple attempts to refresh and go back to the chat.
