Application is so usefully and easy to fill tax form

It was easy to do and everything went on well thanks

When they were Tax Scouts they were much better. Now they take an age to respond which is running down the clock and making it all very stressful. The savings of using them does not justify the pain of working with them.

UPDATE: Since complaining to them directly, they have asked for an extension from HMRC. Not really the outcome we were looking for, as it's just kicked the can down the road. And when we need the extension for real next time, we will have wasted it on with Taxfix.

I used this aap for few years and it seems easy and reliable for submitting the tax returns. Unfortunately this year (2024) when i submitted the returns , taxfix said i am eligible for aprox 2500 € , but in actual I got only 1053€ . I dont understand why this much difference happened ??

everything made so simple. I did it myself without prior experience. and finally I got tax return of the highest possible amount. I really recommend it.

I paid for my self employed tax rebate to be done for me as I had never done it before. I paid the higher ammount to have it done quicker. The account I has given filled out the information incorrectly, witch got me in some hot water with hmrc and I had to under go 3 months of security checks before my payment was released. When jt was eventually released it was for less than half the ammount I should have received and I ended up having to hire another company to fix it for me. Would never use again as I was offerd zero support from both the accountant and the company's support team.

I’ve been using Phil Gurnhill at Taxfix for a number of years and he’s brilliant. Always quick to respond, very knowledgeable and puts up with my questions! Very fast quick and easy way to file my tax return - he even reminded me of the upcoming deadline to file my return!

It was convenient and less hassle using Taxfix.

We submitted the documents for our Tax return in June..4,5 Months later there's still nothing, not even an estimated calculation. Usually with a help of a professional, you already get your money back in 2 months max. Taxfix has unfortunately failed at doing their job, every few weeks the so called Tax advisor resets the status of the tax return to ask the same questions over and over again. And when we ask about the results or at least an approximate deadline, they just tell us "Be patient, your tax return is almost done". I personally, would not use this service ever again. I'd advise to rather pay a professional upfront to avoid this kind of experience.
