DO NOT USE

difficult to communicate with, very slow to do even the simplest tasks - I have dealt with hundreds of conveyancing solicitors but this is comfortably the worst, do not use them

Would not recommend

Lauren showed no empathy throughout my case and was unapproachable when concerns were raised. Mistakes were made on the firm’s behalf, yet there was no ownership or accountability taken at any stage.

When I escalated the matter to their complaints manager, the response was equally disappointing. Rather than addressing the issues raised, his stance was simply that “Lauren doesn’t normally receive bad reviews,” implying that my complaint therefore wasn’t valid.

I am very surprised they claim not to receive complaints, as my experience was that the firm was quick to become defensive and even attack when something went wrong, rather than resolve the issue professionally. Overall, I would not recommend based on my experience.

if you want a firm that runs up your bill by doing a lot of unecessary stuff off their own backs rather than following your instructions, doesn't read your emails properly and gets muddled, and passes you around from one person to the next. These are your guys. Don't expect to be granted an audience with who is in charge of your case. You will deal with minions who should probably be working in Greggs. Make it quicker and more efficient for yourself by walking past their door and just throwing a bag of money into the canal.

Hi,

Unfortunately, we don’t recognise you as a client as you have provided no details or reference. We have asked you to contact us but you have not done so. We would request that if you have a complaint, then you contact our Practice Manager, Roy Sharp, by emailing roy@taylorbracewell.co.uk so that this matter can be investigated.

Many thanks,

Emily is helpful and transparent.5 star 🌟 solicitors

I really cannot believe there is no reviews already.

I know a lot of people put their reviews about Taylor bracewell within other reviews I.e. mortgage brokers or developers but I feel they deserve their own.
Me and my husband have had the pleasure of working with Emily Griffiths who is the New Build Executive she has been fantastic and has kept us updated every step of the way.
We are buying our first home from Strata amd Taylor Bracewell were apart of the process and I'm so glad they have been.
No issues and Emily is constantly on the ball and chasing things up for you. She never keeps you hanging and if your waiting for something she will keep you updated.

Thanks Emily ***** from us 😊
