Amanda took us through everything really well and gave us good information to base our decisions on. She made what can be a daunting process really easy and was very knowledgeable, friendly and pitched all information at a level that could be easily understood.

My Wife and I contacted Taylor Lucas, initially to write Our mirrored Wills via a work benefit, Once a fact check was carried out, We were recommended some additional services that they believe would benefit Us in the future, there was no pressure to go ahead with these additional services but We thought it a good idea and subsequently went ahead with it at the same time as preparing the Wills, the whole process has been very professional and We have been met with nothing but Friendly, kind and very informative members of staff since the initial enquiry, no question has been too much trouble to answer, specifically Emily and Amanda, thank You for making what is ultimately a very important job as pain free as possible!

Helped me and my partner update our will. Quick, efficient service.

Where I work had linked up with Taylor Lucas offering free standard Wills for staff, I took up offer and found company to be excellent. My wife and I were able to set up Wills very quickly, via two zoom calls with Lottie, who talked us through process very efficiently.
We had been emailed a brochure of company services, so we were able to discussed options to safeguard our home from possible future Care Home fees, Lottie discussed a service called Protective Property Trust (PPT) which was exactly what we had been looking for, Lottie was able to set up the service and payment was paid for the PPT, fee was small compared to whole house being sold to pay care home fees.
We found the whole process to be easily understood, as Lottie has fantastic Customer Service skills, she is a credit to the company, Taylor Lucas Partnership.

Taylor Lucas made the whole Will setup painless and easy to go through and setup. Brilliant communication through all the steps, would recommend it,
