Quick response to my WhatsApp messages. After 5 minutes, a Tbilisicars employee was already at the airport waiting for me. Three minutes later, we were at the office. He explained everything and showed me the car. After just 10 minutes, I was ready to start my trip! 🙂
The return was just as smooth. All parts of the car were checked, they looked up the system for any traffic fines — none found. Everything was fine, and I got my deposit back. In less than 10 minutes, I was back at the airport.

From Booking to confirmation, one day pre reminder and pick up very late in the night; Reminder to return the car, transmitting the Location and the fast process to return the car and airport transfer...everything was extremely easy, friendly and professionell. Gio and his Team did amazing job.

Excellent service and highly recommended to anyone who goes to Georgia

I rented the car in tbilisi airport several times and experience was quit good . As the last time , rental agent texted me one day before to explain all procedures and at rental day he met me in the airport , last year we did all procedures in airport parking including the payement, this year he took me to the office which is 4 minutes away by foot from the airport, after a long flight walking was not so bed experience . we did all procedures in the office which is located in ibis hotel , i drank delicios hot chocolate and head to explore georgia with my subaru forester . In georgia i usualy take suv category so if i like the view i can go without fear of damaging the underside of the car and can reach beautiful wild places. This year it was region racha. car was driving good , at the end i returned the car without any damage and my deposit came back to. I only payed 30 gel cleaning charge . in conclusion it was really good trip everything went great and thank you guys for that . My advice is to not ask the costumer cleaning charge since thats the car rental you still need to rewash it after drop off .
