Great communication and speedy
I was really struggling with completing the forms. Great communication and completed forms very quickly. If I'd have completed them myself I wouldn't have got anywhere near as much money during maternity leave. Completely worth it, would highly recommend.
Excellent service offered to teachers and their partners
We had a really positive experience with Teachers SPL, who were incredibly helpful in guiding us through the process of planning my maternity leave and making the most of shared parental leave. Their support made what initially felt like a complex and overwhelming process much more manageable.
Hannah was particularly efficient and supportive, especially as we were working to a tight deadline. She was always responsive, organised, and ensured everything progressed smoothly without adding any stress.
We also really appreciated how clearly all our questions were answered. The complexities of teachers’ shared parental leave can be difficult to navigate, but we felt fully informed and confident in the decisions we were making thanks to their expertise.
We would highly recommend Teachers SPL to anyone looking for knowledgeable, reliable support with shared parental leave.
Really helpful
Really helpful in explaining shared parental leave and completing the forms for me.

Paying for SPL teachers was the best…
Paying for SPL teachers was the best decision I made. They resolved my issue within 2 weeks, which had taken me months going back and forth with my school. I highly recommend them to help remove stress and have your issues resolved quickly. Wish I’d used their services sooner!
Fantastic experience
I had a million questions and had to go back to Kinza for help when there was a pay problem at the end of my leave. Her support was fantastic and I can’t recommend Teachers SPL enough!
