I am extremely satisfied with…

I am extremely satisfied with teamiblends products and customer support. And the whole concept. They are good at engaging their customers in challenges.
I have ordered many products and never had any problems.The products can be tracked from order until delivery.My tumblers are still like New after 1 year and I use them daily.

I have been dealing with Teami for over…

I have been dealing with Teami for over a month. My daughter order 2 fridges for me and herself. It was a surprise gift for me. Mine arrived but my daughter’s never did. They are telling me I received both fridges based on the weight from the UPS mailing. I did receive but one snd they refuse to help me. After reading the reviews of the poor customer service, I can sympathize with everyone who said they did not receive all their products. Is this company a scam. I am not going to give up. I will continue to email them my complaints

I ordered my beauty fridge and it…

I ordered my beauty fridge and it arrived 2 weeks ago. It was a bigger size than I had imagined so I wanted a return. After 4 attempts of emailing them through their customer service website page, zero response. After messaging them through social media, example, instagram, got a response that they will have someone contact me right away. That was 10 days ago, and zero response. This is the worst customer service I have ever had to deal with, and it's sad because you see so many instagram "influencers" promoting their products. I wish I had found this page beforehand to know better.

seriously was actually considering buying some of teas for me and my husband but after really every single customer has had an issue with the product as well as customer support not replying or refunding or fixing the issue I'm fine thanks I'll pass. These aintthe only detox teas in world besides they haven't been evaluated by fda there website says that so they contain soemthingmakes people sick ! What r there ingredients n e ways on the teas

Took my money never got item ....

I put in a order for the detox face mask. They money was took off my card I paid 27 dollars. It has been 2 whole weeks going on 3 no tracking number sent nothing showing the order is coming. I’m in Georgia their located in Florida it shouldn’t take over a month for me to get even a conformation email. I emailed them twice no response. My wallet was stole so my credit card has been cancelled I can’t get a refund I want what I paid for !!! Update- still never heard from them or got my face mask complete scam !

Worst customer service

Worst customer service! I’ve ordered 150$ worth of product and after a long custom clearance process I couldn’t wait to try them out. After opening up the package I realized almost half of the product is missing! I wrote an email about the mistake and that I’m opened to both solutions, either they send the missing products after or transfer my money back from the things which hasn’t been shipped. No answer since then, no money back, no product... I’m gonna share on every platform possible how BAD you guys are, very incorrect service, this is not the right way to do a business. SHAME ON YOU,STEALING PEOPLE’S MONEY !!🤢😡

Ruin my stomach!

Everything was going great until the 4th day of starting the 30 days detox! This tea literally ruin my stomach I have diarrhea everyday I got really bad cramping due to drinking this tea. I never felt so much cramping in my life I ended up twice in the hospital due to this pain ! I never experienced these types of pain I was healthy until the day I decided to drink this “detox tea”.I bought this on April and haven’t drank that since the because of the bad things that happen while on that tea. Till this days doctors don’t know what is going on with me

I have enjoyed all of their skincare products!

All of the products I’ve tried from Teamiblends have been great. I don’t do well with caffeinated teas, so I haven’t tried any of those. I do use their skincare products and am absolutely done using any others. I personally use their Vitamin C serum, soothe oil, green tea scrub, and green tea mask. My favorite is the serum. Amazing quality and smells great! I use it morning and night. It has lasted almost 5 months and I still have about a quarter bottle left. I hope they come out with a face lotion soon. Their products are pure and I can trust that I’m not getting a bunch of chemicals. No complaints!

I bought a tea detox 2 days back and I need to cancel the order. I already emailed the customer service and it’s been like 24 hours but still I didn’t receive any response with them that they already cancel my order or what. They already took 85usd in my account. And I don’t know whether they will return it back or what. If I got to know this site as soon as I order I shouldn’t have order from them. Such a bad customer service . I thought it’s a legit and responsible company. I will never order from online again..

Missing insert, still havent received anything

I ordered a teami skinny and a mermaid tumbler, it took about a week to receive my order (which isnt a big deal but maybe is a bit long) & at first i thought i received the wrong tumbler but Jenee (person i was in contact with) told me that the mermaid tumbler is actually the white tumbler with a holographic insert, so in that case I was just missing the insert. I was told they would ship out the insert but its been a week already since my last email with Jenee and nothing, not even a tracking number was provided. I did pay with paypal so I already went through the resolution center and now Im just waiting a response. The problem isnt that big of a deal and I did use a promo code but still, the price is different between the mermaid tumbler and just the clear white tumbler. If i was going to be stuck using the clear one, i would've just purchased that option. In the meantime I've been using my tea with my DavidsTea tea press, but I was looking forward to using my tea with a mermaid tumbler.

Didn't really get to try the product correctly b/c of bad customer service

I bought my teami tea 30 day detox on amazon because I could get it quicker. I had issues with the Colon tea making me feel super sick. I contacted the company and asked what could I do different. It took them 4 days to finally email back which I had already stopped taking the tea all together because it was making me sick feeling. When they said to steep it less time than what the bag states it didn't make much sense to keep doing the 30-day detox, I was completely off it and didn't even have enough to actually do the full 30-day detox correctly. The customer service was all caned answers and they didn't even read what I put. I replied and asked the same questions twice which neither time was ever answered.

I honestly don't see the hype of this product what I was able to drink of this didn't really help the bloat and never gave me more energy. I had better luck trying a different companies tea than I did with this one. The colon tea gave me extreme abdominal pain even steeping it for 1 min.

They have the worst costumer service…

They have the worst costumer service ever ! I placed my order about 5 weeks ago, they took my money and they did not send me any confirmation email NOTHING! i sent 3 emails to them to know what's happening with my package but they never answered ! So TEAMI BLENDS got my money 90 $ canadian and I never got anything. NEVER BUY ON THIS WEBSITE I'M SURE IT'S A FRAUD !

Bug bitten leaves! Very poor quality for price!!

I paid £42 (offer from £60+) for teami skinny, teami colon, an infuser and a 400ml tumbler.
I ordered it on 25/11/18 and it did not arrive until 16/12/18 which was annoying but fine, they said they would give me a free infuser because of my wait with my package which they didnt but again was fine as i had one anyway but not the point.
The taste is not bad at all but once i finished my drink i noticed most of the leaves have bite marks out of them like a bug has chomped on it!
Very very poor quality for what you pay!
I messaged the team and they just beat around the bush not acknowledging the bug bites (i didnt want anything free or anything was just explaining for the price they should be selling far better quality)
Imagine if i paid full price! I could get better quality out of my back garden at home!

Appalled by Customer Service

Attached is the copy of the email that I sent to customer service. Prime example of small business companies needing proper training in customer service. I wish I would have read these reviews before I place my order.

I just got off the phone with one of your customer service representatives and I had to debate with her regarding what was supposed to be sent to me to me in my order. I work for Amazon and customer service is the number one tenant we subscribe to when dealing with any discrepancies. I don't feel that you all were concerned about my issue and didn't take it seriously. I had to hear from the representative over the phone that you all made a mistake and included the inserts on the web page and once realized you took it off. However you replied to me like that was never the case and I must have been imagining things. This definitely leaves a bitter taste in my mouth and I will not be placing an order again, regardless of how the product works. I will be taking up this issue further. I also suggest some retraining in how to deal with customers when they have discrepancies. This wasn't even a big deal to have to go this far over. This went from an excellent to a very dissatisfactory customer service experience.

I looked into your order and I see it contained the Holiday Luxe Detox Pack, which originally included Tumbler Inserts for 1 day during the first week of December and were quickly removed because they are not visible inside of the Luxe Tumblers! Your order was placed at the end of December after the inserts were removed and the price was lowered to reflect having no Inserts! I do apologize for any confusion about that, it was definitely not our intention! I do see that we went ahead and sent you the Holiday Inserts though, because we really want you to be happy and loving your Teami items! Frustrated

Well, not a great start. Ordered a pack on 28.12.18. Got a tracking number quickly saying the order was packed and on its way to an export warehouse and that is still what the tracking says. Then on 2.1.19 I received an email from Amy saying that the rose gold tumbler was out of stock. Was given 3 options and emailed back straight away to say I would have a gold one and now I haven’t heard anything despite sending Amy 2 follow up emails. Doesn’t look like l’ll be getting my order anytime soon. Can someone please help!

Hi, My Tumbler is not intact or may be damaged :(

Hi,

So i got the teami very late but i was hopeful for the good results. Overall the tea is great, i like the smell of my 30 day detox pack and it does help to stop the bloating as promised. I really love to drink it as it does makes me feel energetic and active but the tumbler doesn't seem to work for me.
I bought a big 600ml tumbler and i receive the tumbler it worked good for me for the first 2 days as i did not close the lid tight enough. When on the 3rd day i wanted to take this to my work and was closing the lid it kept of moving and spinning. It didn't stop , it was not tight enough and the lid kept on spinning in circle. I feel so bad that i can't use the tumbler anymore as i really want to put my tea in it. I'm disappointed with the tumbler i got as and want to take it everywhere with me and now it is very hard to drink tea without the tumbler :(

DIDNT SEND THE TEAS I ORDERED AND DIDNT OFFER COMPENSATION FOR INCONVENIENCE :(

I ordered teas as gifts... Thought it was already being shipped... Got sent an email longggg after I ordered that they didn't have what I ordered in stock and to choose a different tea... I didn't want a different tea... I wanted the alives that I ordered. After complaining about why they accepted an order without stock AND why such a late message when it should have already been shipped and delivered at that point, the only answer I got was " they JUST noticed when they were packing your order..." but WHY were they packing my order so late???... So I emailed yet again and they finally decided to give me 10 dollars off next order which didn't resolve anything and does NOTHING when you look at the cost of the teas. That's not even tax. They should give me a larger discount on the current order NOT next order and send me the alives teas upon restock. That's what professional companies usually do when they inconvenience customers. who would order again with this type of service anyway?

0 star! Very poor costumer service! I ordered dec.11 then they sent me tracking number on dec.12 but since then it was always “shipment data uploaded” I tried to email them several times but no reply until now. I hope they resolve this soon😡😡😡

Bad customer service

I ordered my detox and tumbler 11/26/18. The website says 3 to 5 business days. It is now 12/3/18 and still no answer. I called and emailed and I still don’t have an answer. I was really looking forward to trying this product, but because the customer service sucks I will return the package if I ever get it. When I called I spoke with a person named Jeanae and Ashley. They were not helpful. They couldn’t give me a time frame. The just told me to wait. The tracking number I received showed that Teami still had the package and when I called UPS they said that teami still has the package. So no one knows where my package is and no one is trying to help me. All I am told is just to wait!!! I am so mad. I really debated with my self whether or not I should try this company. SMH very disappointed. I have worked in customer service for over 20 years and this is ridiculous . I want my package!!!! If I have to wait more than 2 weeks to get it 🤬🤬🤬🤬. I think it’s time to blog!!!!

Update: I emailed Nicole at the email address she gave me. She responded immediately. She was wonderful to work with and resoled my issues. She is amazing at her job!

When I received the teami tea I really loved the skinny and colon tea. The profit tea made me so sick. The taste was awful. I got told to flavor it with Stevia. I ordered another bundle that was for breast cancer awareness. That tumbler arrived cracked. But the outside of the tumbler I received with the fall detox pack cracked within 3 days. The gold tumblers are not all they are cracked up to be. I let it sit when I put the lid on after I had let the water sit. It exploded and burned my hand. It was my fault even though I followed the rules. I spent so much time trying to get the 4 different cracked tumblers fixed that I missed the deadline of 30 days by 3 days. Not to mention it took 2 weeks to get. If the customer service rep would have let me just exchange it when I emailed her I would not be stuck with unopened product I can’t use. I DO NOT recommend this company! They won’t even let you submit a review unless it’s 5 stars. That is why it looks so great on their website. About research online the reviews are not good of the company.
