The worst customer service EVER!!! I have sent multiple emails and Called dozens of times with no help. I was charged 2 twice and was told to refuse the order so I could receive a refund. The package has been sitting at the post office waiting for them to pick it up. It's been almost 2 months since I sent it back.

Awful customer service!
I have odered from the company directly a couple times. I ordered the 30 day detox in one order and the chai tea and a face mask in another order. I didn't lose any weight with the 30 day detox, but I did notice I didn't have any bloating during that time. I personally love the 30 day detox and the way it made me feel. However, their customer service is the WORST! I have sent several emails with no reply. If you call them you have to leave a message an no one ever calls you back. The 1st order was sent to my APO address and it took 2 months to receive. I still haven't gotten my 2nd order so I can't leave feedback on those products. I wanted to love this company, but the poor customer service or lack there of has put me off and I'll be looking for similar products elsewhere.

I just love their products. Purchased it through Amazon and have been their regular customer since then. I also like their blog, which I found very informative and useful.

It's been two days, 4 voicemail messages left, at least 10 attempts to call in to get a live representative and the only info I get is their message stating that no support agents are currently available and I should leave a message with my phone and email.
My daughter purchased the teami skinny tea and tumbler - with a coupon code she paid $45.08. Tumbler and tea were originally shipped in padded envelope and tumbler was cracked. She contacted customer service and was told they would ship out replacement piece (Received "replacement" in a box with wrong piece). She asked if they could just send her a shipping label to return the damaged item for a credit to her account. She was told that they do not send shipping labels and that she would need to pay for the return shipping for the item that arrived DAMAGED. If she had simply decided she didn't like the tumbler and wanted to return it, I could understand them not paying for return shipping. However, because it was DAMAGED, Teami should have the decency to stand behind their product and send a return label and then credit account in a timely manner.
Would love to actually hear from someone to get some other answers - but I doubt that will happen.
I would never recommend this company to anyone. Their tea could be great but the customer service is non-existent and that speaks volumes.

UPDATE: As you can see, I received a response to this review. I ended up dealing with Nicole by email. She was incredibly helpful and was able to get situation resolved. She offered to credit account for the inconvenience as well as replace the cracked tumbler. And she even said I didn't have to return the cracked one. I am appreciative of Nicole's efforts to make me a satisfied customer. It is just unfortunate what we had to go through to get to this point.

Took nearly a month to arrive. I was charged $12.99 for delivery and then I was made to pay another $24! When I emailed customer services they took a week to respond and said, 'they 100% understand how I am feeling' then just used a sandard template response as they didn't address anything I said in my email!

You'll be much better off ging for Bootea or Skinny mint!

The site can be a little tricky to navigate but my girlfriend swears by the products. Can't guarantee the tea works for everybody but it works for my gf so for that I give them 5-stars.

I am so thankful that I found this tea. I've always struggled with serious bloating and digestive issues, and I've tried everything you can think of to fix it. Fast forward to my 30 Day Teami Detox, and everything changed! My stomach is flatter than ever, I feel great and I've even been able to cut out coffee! I seriously love this tea!!!!
