I give it a 4star because there's only one thing wrong . The drawstring won't hold, I think the spring is to weak. TeamOdsidian 2 bike cover, I need a reply to fix this or return it.
I bought my bike cover in 2020 and I was offered a 5-year warranty Julia Markovits and I did everything to make sure I had the warranty. My bike cover has a rip on the seam so I contacted TeamObsidian to get a replacement bike cover and the first thing Nerissa (TeamObsidian) responded with is they could not find my order. Then they said they needed a picture and an invoice showing I bought it. So I sent them a picture and the invoice showing I purchased it from Amazon, Then they responded unfortunately, we're unable to access the order on Amazon. Please get in touch with Amazon support for further assistance. They are just giving me the run-around. Do not buy bike covers because they do not have integrity.
Cover replaced under warranty after contacting customer service!
Double bike covered does not stand up with travel. Ripped entire seams with first trip.
